During a snowstorm (today 1/4/18) and one of the coldest days my less than a year boiler stopped working. I called T & T and was floored and ever grateful that Troy said he would walk over to our house and see what was going on with it. He is an absolute pro, walked back to his place to get more supplies and had everything wired properly and working in no time. I will recommend him to all my family and friends, he is a genuine, no nonsense professional. Thank you Troy!

I Never leave reviews for people but in this instance a review is definetly in order. Bringing home your first child is stressful enough, but even more stressful when your HVAC system is not working, and your repair man doesn't travel to your neighhood any more and the person he recommended doesn't come this far either. (they both moved from Staten Island to New Jersey). I did a google search of HVAC repair, and T&T was first to come up, so I called explained to Troy what the issue was. As soon as he heard a newborn was brought home he said he would be right over. He said he lives one neighborhood over from where I reside. It seemed like I hung up the phone and my doorbell was ringing. He troubleshot the problem, figured out what the issue was, and had to go on a search for the part that was needed. (Which required about an hour and 1/2 traveling time between 3 different supply houses). He explained everything thoroughly which was happening to cause the system to fail he is a real professional who is confident in his trade only person that will be servicing my stystem from here on out.

Let's thank the unprofessional who never showed up. I made an appointment and when he didn't show up I called, Troy said he was stuck on a job that took longer than expected and could we reschedule for the next day. I agreed but mentioned that I have children and need heat. He assured me he would come out the next day. The next day came and Troy was a no call no show. He texted me 3 days later asking me if I had fixed my boiler. Are you kidding me with this unprofessionalism? I ended up calling a different company to fix my heating issue.

I called Troy in a real bind during the heatwave. We came back from a short vacation Ina Sunday to find the ac system was spewing hot air. Troy arrived very promptly, only for us to realize that the condenser was not easily accessible. After he found a way in, he quickly sorted out the issue. He was thoroughly professional throughout, and super friendly. He obviously knows his stuff.
