Kevin knew the problem straight away. He had the needed part on hand and our central air was repaired in under an hour. He even topped off the freon. I will most definitely use this company again and recommend them to others. Thanks Kevin...happy wife, happy life.

Called on a Sunday afternoon came with in 2 hr which was amazing and diagnosed and fixed the problem right away with ease it was a pleasure to see him at work would call and recommend to anyone !!

Called KLC to get a quote to install a furnace.. He came by the next day to give me a quote.. He was reasonable and knowledgeable so I ended up going with him. The following day he showed up to do the work and was very professional. He also cleaned up his work space after he was done.. Definitely someone who takes pride in their work. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of work done.. oh yea how can I forget he also installed my humidifier as a throw in.. Thank you very much!!!

I needed my heating system fixed, I called this company and employee named Kevin came out within the hour of me calling. He was polite,courtesy and professional and very knowledgeable. He looked at heating system and found the problem immediately and fixed heating system. Pricing was reasonable and worked done in a timely fashion. I will definitely call this company again, thanks so much Kevin.

My sister reached out to me to explain that her central air unit was blowing air but the condo was not cooling down. This happened as NYC was going through a 6th day of a heat wave. It was 7:00 pm and I assumed she would have to endure a night of heat and I would find someone in the morning.

I did a quick Google search and I found KLC Heating & Cooling. I was pleasantly surprised see that the business was open until 11:00 pm so I called. I explained the situation and Kevin responded and said I should text him the address. Within an hour, Kevin was there assessing the problem. An hour after that, the issue was resolved and my sister’s condo was dropping from 78 degrees to 71 degrees.

I HIGHLY recommend Kevin and KLC Heating and Cooling!! I will bring Kevin back to service and tune up my unit. He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Kudos!!
