I have been Palone’s customer for years. They serviced my existing central air unit, installed a second unit and provided yearly maintenance on them. They are very professional and nice people. I have no complaints. I especially like Marcus the service guy. He is great!
Terrible customer service. We have a newborn and my husband called them to help with our broken heating / hvac. On three separate occasions over ten days they promised to come out, arranged specific times and never showed up nor called to let us know. Appalling.
A Palone rep came out next day, examined all of our units, ran diagnostics and knew everything there was to know about our unit even though it was so old. The rep was finished surveying in just a couple hours and explained to me exactly what was happening and what would need fixing. He put in the order and now we are awaiting the final installation. Very happy so far with their customer service, knowledge and pricing.
I've never left a bad review of anyplace, but, this seems merited. I took a day off work to get our air conditioning working before we moved into a new place. That was a month ago. The man from Palone told me it was working and should present no problems. We moved in today. It's 95 degrees. The air conditioning isn't working. They haven't sent anyone, despite our calling repeatedly (if it was flat out impossible to send someone today, okay, but they just kept saying they'd call us back). And they got upset that we didn't call sooner (we didn't live here -- I did this super early to make sure the transition would be seamless because I figured air conditioning would be important to have for a move-in in August). I can't advise you against using these guys strongly enough. And if I sound angry, well, it's 95 degrees and I've been moving boxes all day.
I have never seen any company who would send someone so unprofessional and with a terrible attitude to do work for any clients. These guys were screaming at the neighbor and blocking the driveway. They were utterly disrespectful and nasty. There are better places than this one. Never again!
Buyer beware - They have a lack of transparency about charges and after the work was already done (which took about 20min) was left with a bill for $275 on top of the $85 service charge. They provided no parts. Make sure to get a quote beforehand!

They’ve come to fix the central AC unit every year we’ve had it and it’s usually the same part and they charge and arm and a leg and this is stuff that should last a while. They just fixed a problem with the AC not working and now the vents are leaking water whenever is rains and they want to charge another $3000 for a problem they caused! It’s horrible!
