Came on time and Installed thermostat programed it well.
finished installation in 10 minutes.

They were able to come the next day after I called and get the heating repaired before a cold front came in. When they had to return with a part to replace and were late, they were generous with a discount to make up for it.

I had a very good experience. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous.
