Louis was a wonderful person, while in my house he answered all my question, and explained to me a beautiful equipment that I will be installing in my house for the protection of my familyđI will definitely recommend that if you own a house, you look into this protection programs
Explained to the worker what was the issue, he tells me no itâs the board, didnât listen came back the next day and told me the problem was what I specifically said to him the day before. Told me to buy the piece (sensor) myself and put it on, called the office to complain the guy (Nakash) on the phone was super disrespectful and had an I donât care attitude about the issue. Told me things doesnât happen overnight. I donât understand what is the point of having an emergency line to have someone come fix it when all they tell you is âIâll be back tomorrowâ. So now we have no heat and he has the nerve to tell me âThings doesnât happen overnightâ..Then takes the piece and tell me to buy a new one..HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!
We have had the most horrific experience with Heatspan, I want to warn anyone not to use them. We had a leak from a radiator last week, they came and said we could wait until Monday to fix it. They canceled on us Monday and came Tuesday. By Tuesday, we found that the full ceiling and walls of our baby's room below the radiator were wet. Water had leaked all the way through and destroyed the room below.
When the Heatspan team came, led by Lou, he checked everything and said we just needed to replace one valve. I asked him a million times if there was anything else we could do to make sure the leak was gone. He was very rude and argumentative with me and said there was nothing else to do.
A few hours after he left, water was still leaking into our baby's room. I got on the floor to inspect the radiator myself, and there was clearly water leaking out of the other side Lou had not looked at. Three stories of our apt are now badly damaged.
Lou and his team have been extremely rude, condescending and unhelpful. It is rare I have worked with servicemen this terrible to work with. What a horrible experience for me and my family, that easily could have been avoided.
Heatspan repeatedly cancels appointments, sometimes near the end of their incredibly wide 9am -3pm all day window. Go with someone else if you need actual work done. These people are unprofessional.

Great small community business. Dayna in the office is great and Lou was a master of his craft! Prices were reasonable, very happy with their work.

Mario is the best. He has installed a new boiler and hot water heater and has serviced them ever since. Always professional and accommodating.
