He was very detailed explaining how everything will look and answered all my questions, even helped me with other stuffs that I needed it to do for my salon 🙂. He and his guys installed exhausts for my salon at each station. He's Very nice and polite. I loved working with Premier. I highly recommend his services.

These guys installed my furnace 3 years ago. Running much better that my old gas furnace. The crew premier sent over were very detail oriented guys! I respect their approach to the trade. They take pride in their work. Also gave me a 12 year warranty. Thank you premier for your work. I will definitely send you guys clients if they ask for hoax service.

Zero is the real rating for this company. They charged me $1800 in cash to do a diagnostic on my three year Fujitsu HVAC system. Unfortunately I didn't do my homework on this or this company till after I paid. After they diagnosed the problem, they tried to rip me off for another $950 to do the repair. I went ballistic and it took week off my life. Boris the guy you speak with in the office is a totally misogynist immoral individual who tried to turn their illegitimate business practice around and blame me and my meltdown. A real bully.

Boris was awesome. I was having a hard time finding someone to replace my dryer vent / venting system. Boris spent 20 minutes on the phone with me asking about what needs to be done and how.

On the day of the appointment the crew (Rene and Madi) called prior to arriving. They taped off the area where they made penetrations to the wall and ceiling. They replaced my old vent and patched and painted the walls after finishing. Great team.

I called Premier after a terrible experience with another HVAC services company. Since then, they have done multiple jobs at our house, including replacing radiators, replacing an AC unit, and fixing the boiler and the water tank. The employees are always polite and professional. Boris is very responsive and easy to get a hold of, unlike most of his competitors who refuse to text or email and never pick up the phone. Most importantly, he stands behind his service. A couple of times there were lingering issues following the work and Boris always sent someone to look at the issue and fix things without charging extra for it. I strongly recommend their services.

I had an issue with my stream boiler last Saturday. Did a google search and called multiple companies except Lighthouse (also part of Premier HVAC) picked up the phone right away and the tech Slava (unsure if I spelled his name correctly) showed up an hour after my call. He was very knowledgeable. He first did a thorough inspection on my streamer boiler (I thought mine was called furnace but he corrected me and luckily Lighthouse also repair stream boiler), then giving options (replace the water feeder and side glass or the whole stream boiler since mine was already past 30years and it may not last long). Due to budget issue, after discussed with my family, we chose for now just changed the parts. Slava has no problem with that and I got lucky that he was about to arrange time to have the work done the same day. Slava is also very patient and professional. As he learned that I am new to streamer boiler, while he was doing his work, at the same time, he was giving “a lecture “ in terms of names, functions of each parts and the concept of how the stream boiler works and how to maintain it properly. I gotta be honest that I don’t recall all the he mentioned but at least now I have a concept. In terms of the price, I can’t say that it’s cheap but you pay for the quality of service that you get. Slava literally taking his time and spent about 4 hours to repair. Highly recommend.

I couldn't be more happier with this company! My dryer vent started to act weird, wet clothes after 2 hours of work and lint everywhere. Vlad and other technician came on the next day after I called and fixed everything fast and properly for the right price. I am very satisfied with the work and would use them again many times if needed!

My towels we’re not drying they took two hours. I called this cleaning service and they sent two very efficient workers who cleaned the dryer ducts inside and leading to the outside vent. They were able to remove a large build up of Lint Which stopped the dryer from working perfectly. I highly suggest using this company.

Thank you so much guys. My central air broke over night during a hot July. The regular guy said he can only come close to 48 hours later. I called Premier HVAC services and they arrived literally within the hour. Courteous and professional, they explained everything they were doing and fixed it within 20 minutes.
