Appointment scheduling was not great. But Allen, the technician was awesome. Keep up the good work.

Constant rescheduling, followed by a complete no-show. I've still yet to receive a return call after an HVAC tech called me at their behest, but he only seemed to call to tell me that they hadn't put me on his schedule....I don't need to be put into the middle of a boss-employee argument, or be left sitting around for several three hour windows that never pan out....pun intended!

Slavic thank you for helping me fix my central ac system. I called multiple places on Saturday night and you and Boris were the only ones who answered the phone and sent a technician on Sunday morning. Keep up the good work.

They did my dryer vent last week and now it's working like a brand new! So happy with the team and work and will definitely use them every year!
