I have to sing praises to Mr Slava, he came on Friday to see why I had no heat. He lit the pilot light, he waited to see why it went out. About 15 minutes later he found and I saw that there was a big leak in the boiler I needed a new one. He came Friday evening dropped off the new boiler and took out the old one. Yesterday he spent 14 hours installing my new one so I could heat. He is an amazing and caring man. He did an incredible job installing my new system, looking at the intricate piping details it is truly a work of art. He knows and loves what he is doing. I cannot say enough about him and my gratitude for him spending sooo much time. I will be singing praises to him every day for his artistry and caring. He patiently explains everything to you. I have already told folks about him and Premier HVAC. I could go on and on.

The house had some heat but the thermostat seemed to have no control over the boiler. Boris was very knowledgeable and gave us a complete walk through of what he was doing. He found out that the problem was in the "pigtail" and spent time cleaning it out for us because we hadn't been doing proper maintenance.

I had Premier HVAC come do a home heating inspection and they found no issues with the heating sources and recommended insulation measures. When we took those measures and it didn’t improve the heat, I had them come back and they found one of the radiators wasn’t fully turned on. They charges me for both visits even though it was their miss on the first visit.

I highly recommend using Premier HVAC if you ever have any issue with heating or cooling. They are quick, highly knowledgeable, and very professional. The price is right, too.

We got home from a trip on Saturday night, January 2, and our furnace wasn't working. Hardly anyone who does this type of work is open on Sundays, but I luckily found Premier HVAC and called first thing Sunday morning. We had the furnace working better than before in no time. Not only did Boris diagnose the issue right away, but he identified other issues which had been preventing our place from ever feeling warm enough. I thought the place was poorly insulated, but it was the poorly installed furnace. Once Boris implemented the solution, it was like we got a new furnace. We'll be paying less in heating costs now, which is the icing on top.

The technician was very professional, they diagnosed the AC unit and game few options based on what they found. After agreeing on ‘my best’ option the unit was up and running in less than 2 hrs. Why are going to be able to sleep tonight nice and cool. Thank you

We used Premier before and unfortunately had to call again when our ancient water heater did an impression of Niagara Falls. We called on a Sunday and Boris and his team came out, got a new heater plus pipes and valves. They stayed until we were sure there was hot water.

Premier is pricey but they do good work and stand by it .

My mother has a boiler from the 1950’s. I wasn’t able to find a reputable hvac contractor for almost one month. I called 5 companies within that span of time. Some told me they don’t work on this type of heating equipment others lacked confidence and expertise, but gave us exorbitant prices for repair. When I reached Boris with premier it was a breath of fresh air. He was able to read the situation and spend the necessary time understanding what we need. He worked around my schedule because I wanted to be there when his guys arrive to do the repair. All in all they serviced my boiler, repaired it ( was just a simple transformer), and also performed maintanence on my water heater. These guys are the real deal. Thank you and god bless you!

Terrible. I called 2 times in the past few months in order to schedule an appointment to fix my AC system. The receptionist picked up and told me I will get a call back twice. On second time, I brought up that I never got a call back. I was being extremely nice both times. Then I scheduled an "official" appointment straight from Fujitsu, an AC provider. Guess what? They didn't come, or even reach out to me. Complete disaster.

They went to the job site without confirming the appointment in advance. They then proceeded to call me when they were onsite at a time I was unavailable. They charged for a service call and did no work- not even clean the filters in the units that were readily accessible- that would have at least justified the service call cost. They did not even properly diagnose the faulty thermostat. It then took 4 days and quite a bit of prodding to get a high priced estimate out of them for the cleaning of the units- still no indication that the thermostat was bad. They also indicated the need to install an additional access panel when one was already present. I was able to hire another HVAC contractor who confirmed the appointment in advance, did the job the first time- they cleaned the units and replaced the thermostat without requiring the installation of an access panel- all for HALF the price.

Had no heat for a week, spent $400 with another company and still didn’t have heat. Premier HVAC Services came quickly and got the heat up and running in the same appointment. Best money ever spent. Would recommend
