Your driver, Robert Pahl, just delivered some much needed oil. As always, he did a masterful job backing down my long, hilly, driveway, and navigating high snow on either side. I really appreciate his skill and professionalism.
The WORST customer service! They filled my oil tank without my permission because the previous homeowners were on automatic delivery. The previous owners suspended their service before I bought the house and I followed up with an email confirming the suspension for oil.
They fill my oil tank without my request or permission and told me too bad, they cannot pump oil out and that I needed to pay the amount in full or they would suspend my propane. The propane that I actually asked for. After 15 minutes of trying to explain that I was still shopping around for oil and that I never asked for oil, the service manager Bob began to speak to me so rudely, saying "this is the last time he was going to repeat himself" and "you're not listening to me". I'm shocked at the disrespect. Take your money elsewhere! I sure will be.
Very difficult to deal with. Always worried about the money. Took 4 calls to NOT set up an appointment. The people on the phone where very clear no one is in charge at the employee owned company. I call to Posanello appontment set no credit card or run around. Main care you lost a customer today.
Horrible customer service. They filled my tank 2 months after I had already had it filled. They have never done an automatic delivery in the 12 years I have been a customer. Just so happens the price also went up $0.30/gal. When I called they told me tough luck. I called surburban and they are bringing a new tank this week.

They expertly performed the delicate task of disconnecting our propane supplier's 1,000 gal. propane tank, installing a new 1,000 gal. tank purchased from Main Care, and transferring the remaining propane to the new tank. They've also cleaned/serviced the gas boiler in our basement, and tested and replenished the antifreeze in the hydronic heating system. A pleasure to deal with.
