The problem with big companies like this is they don't care about customer service! I was scheduled for an 8 to 10 time slot to have questions quote for a new furnace. I had to take time off of work and I don't get paid if I'm it there soo money lost. When 10 came and went with no rep or even a call telling me they were running late! Moving on to a company that has better customer service.
Jim H. appeared mid morning, and a broken circulating pump of the heating system started working. Jim may be a magician, because the pump didn't work yesterday. Thank you Jim!
I just became a new fuel oil customer at a rental house. When I called I was promised a delivery in a week. I requested the minimum delivery (150 gallons) since I was unsure of how much I would need in the new house or how long I would be residing there. Two weeks later no delivery had been made and I had to call. At this point nighttime temperatures were around 0F, and the fuel oil gauge was just above E. When I did call, they made no explanation or apology but promised a truck would be there the next day. They showed up bright and early and filled my tank! 240 gallons! So now I have a much larger bill than I was planning for, less than a week before Christmas.
The representatives I spoke to over the phone were friendly and seemingly helpful but organization and communication within their "employee owned" company clearly isn't worth a damn. I can't speak to the quality or price of their competition, but I would look there first.
Bob Pahl replaced expansion tank for furnace. Very thorough, explaining what needed to be done. Waiting after job was done to make sure there were no leaks. Invited Bob back wherever we have problems with furnace
My oil furnace was not working so I called for repair service . The technician called tto let me know they were on the way, he took care of the problem and the service call was very affordable.
This is to highly recommend Korey B. who is responsible for our oil deliveries and who always looks out for our special situation as we heat our water as well as the house from the furnace making delivery timing sometimes a bit variable.
Korey sets the bar that all delivery drivers should aspire to achieve. His get it done service is the biggest reason we get our energy needs from Main Care. He ensures our fuel needs are met during planting and harvest as well as heating in the winter.
Fast, friendly and prompt service. Received our first fill up of propane today. The delivery driver Seamus, took care of business quickly and was on his way before we knew it. Thank you.
I received a delivery today and was very confused trying to understand the meter, the billing and the amount delivered. I mistakenly thought I had a 250 gallon tank, but in actuality had a 500 gallon tank. I called because I thought a mistake was made in the delivery and the subsequent receipt. Tiffany was calm, polite, professional and extremely helpful and even above and beyond that, when it was discovered that it was MY mistake, she was unbelievably kind and gracious about explaining everything to me. Thank you and please thank Tiffany for me.
