Main Care came to service my furnace. He arrived when scheduled. He wore a protective mask and gloves. He was professional and thorough. After he was done he gave me an overview of everything he had done.

He said there were no concerns with my furnace. So I now can begin this heating season with confidence that no matter what else might happen, I will have heat all season. I am very happy that I made the decision to have Main Care service my oil furnace.

We were scheduled for a full HVAC replacement of our gas furnace and AC unit. Main Care said it would take 2 days to complete the work. To our surprise, they completed the work in one full day. I have been a MAIN-Care client since we bought our first home in 1989. We have received great service, even in the winter, even when there's a storm. That's important since we now live away from "civilization" in the hilltowns. My GOLD CARD plans have served me well, MANY times.

MAIN-Care has installed two furnaces for my family, in addition to water heaters, ductwork, and even fuel lines and tanks. Very happy with the techs, the equipment & the follow-up. I was without heat and hot water and Jim H who came on the call was friendly and professional and went right to work to remedy the issue. He hit the reset button first and it fired up the boiler. I had him show me what to do in the event it happens again.

My furnace breaker keeps on tripping. Main-Care was able to dispatched a technician out on the same day. Will Clark was very professional, and wore a face mask during the visit. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. He changed the oil filter, and oil spray head. Furnace is working normally again. Thanks Will.

Horrible company to deal with. Delivered propane in error multiple times. Finally had enough today and told them to remove their tank. On 3 separate occasions their customer service manager Laurie assured me I would not receive a delivery until my scheduled delivery date in November. Sure enough the truck shows up again in January. Each time I got the same response "We don't know why you got another delivery, but here's the bill". The only way I could get them to stop is by not paying the bill until I needed another delivery. As you can see by their response they couldn't care less about customer service. I would never even remotely consider using them again.
