I was very satisfied with the service call from James of Main Care today. He was courteous, professional, introduced himself from the onset and explained what he did to fix our boiler's problem before leaving. He also ensured I understood what he had done to fix and improve our boiler.

We have been customers of Main-Care since 2000. In more recent years, we have had the benefit of getting our monthly fuel filled by Jorge C. I say benefit because I have had the occasion to speak with Jorge and his care for our property and consideration for our dog and fence without prompting from us warrants this review. It wasn't always the case in the past with previous delivery drivers, as some left the fence open and one time even backed up the truck into our fence, which was somewhat repaired by the company. Jorge has a positive attitude, a willingness to go the extra mile, and for this we are grateful. We know we are in competent hands with Jorge C. I hope Main-Care understands what an asset he is, especially in the challenging times we currently face.

As a brand new home owner, I purchased a home heated with oil. Went with Main Care Energy as they are purported to be reliable and a good company to deal with. After inspection of my tank and furnace I get an oil delivery.

Tank immediately starts to leak. Great inspection, filling a tank that fails within hours. Calling to repot an oil leak they promptly sent a tech out, who then sat on his butt for an hour and a half and waited for a second tech with a tank to take the oil out of my failed tank. They billed me 600$ for a job that a bucket could have resolved without informing me of their rates.

After this they attempted to sell me a new oil tank that for parts and installation would only cost 1000$ land only requires an understanding of righty tight lefty loosey to install for the low low price of 3600$. After informing these hucksters that I would no longer be a customer of theirs they attempted to charge me and additional 1100$ to dispose of the oil they pumped into a tank that they failed to adequately inspect.

You would honestly be better off burning your money for heat than dealing with this company. Stay as far away as you can.

Robert Pahl was great and was able to repair my steam boiler with professional behavior. I know he will always get the job done and will always look out for you during the cold months for your heating systems. He was very knowledgeable and the job was done right.

Phenomenal energy provider. I get my on highway fuel from them and they have worked with me to get me statements I can submit to our fuel tax department. The fuel is a good quality - my water separator on the vehicle isn't showing anything. Price is on point and both locations fit my needs perfectly.

I had Amerigas for my propane - their tank was here when we bought the house and we just continued the service. They ran me out on auto fill on Memorial Day weekend. When I started flipping rocks to find the truck was 9 days late, I realized they were gouging me on price per gallon ( $4.55 ), tank rental, and an "environmental fee" When I questioned them about it, they told me it is was based on usage. So with that logic, a Prius owner should pay double at the pump? I disconnected the tank and called these folks and explained my story.

By 11:00AM June 1st, a new tank was installed. While I was eating lunch, Scott, the operations manager showed up at my door asking how the install went. By 3PM, the tank was full.

I had to make at least 20 calls to Amerigas to get them to pick the tank up. They just did last week, and then sent me a bill for a $70 service call. I fought that as well. Horrible company, and you deal with a call center in the Midwest - not anyone locally.

I will use Main Care for my home heating oil starting with my next fill. These folks are a growing company and give you genuine Mom and Pop service and they do it well. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Pressure relief valve on boiler popped and water was pouring out on the floor at a rate of two gallons/5 minutes . . . a lot. Called Main Care and they sent Devan MacDonald to do the repair. It was Sunday morning and 10 F outside, so Devan was busy this day. He arrived promptly and was in and out in 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable about heating systems and was able to shut-down the system with minimal drainage required. Once the repair was done the system was heating again almost immediately.

People on the phone were knowledgeable and patient. Technician showed up on time, had to walk through deep snow to get to the tanks, did not complain. Was efficient and professional. Did the paperwork quickly. A+++ customer service all around. Happy to have Main-Care Energy as my provider.

The customer service I have received both for my home account and our business accounts has always been amazing. The staff has been thorough, patient and attentive. They also have recommendation incentives and cost saving payment programs, which I appreciate. I highly recommend Main Care.

We have a 100 gal. Propane tank to heat our pool, employees are professional and pleasant to work with. A monthly top off is scheduled every year during the spring summer season. This year they arranged to update our tank ;the changeover was very smooth and effortless on our part; the team arrived on schedule neat professional job.
