Will came out to the house for a no heat call and was great. He did a thorough check of the system, got it back up, and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Will as he is what a proficient and courteous technician should be.

Make sure you ask them about any charges if you want to end service in the future. I inherited a tank and they tried to charge me $500 to come pick up THEIR 500 gallon tank. They backed off when I told them I would bring it to them. I had been a customer for 21 years when they tried to pull this. Wasn’t happy…

I love The people at Main Care! The staff are the most polite, patient, knowledgeable, kind people of any business around. And yes you actually talk to real people!!! I really like that. The technicians who installed my new propane heater and tank were great. They worked hard all day long and had it installed at the end of the day. And a month later when the cats hit buttons they should have not hit, they straightened it out, no charge. And the office staff is the best there is. Again. Kind, polite, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and really fun to deal with. If they don’t have the answer, they will find the answer and call you back. Love the people at Main Care!!!

Senior Technician Will Clark (Main-Care Energy) did our annual furnace service. Will did extra efforts to make sure every part was clean, the exhaust piping was aligned properly, and he tuned the furnace with great expertise. In fact the tuning results show the best efficiency for the last 8 years. Will even tested the condensate pump and gave us great recommendations on how to keep it running like new. We had our annual tune up of our furnace and hot water heater today by Will Clark. He did an excellent job; very nice, knowledgeable, efficient, and left the area very neat. He explained pertinent details, and we appreciate that. Thank you to all at Main Care for the wonderful job they do.

I was a customer of Main Care for 20 plus years. I always signed up for the price protection plan (which they say does not have a cancellation penalty). I signed up again this year and then had a sudden life change and needed to move. I was no longer able to use Main Care. I literally begged for a refund of the price protection because it was early August when I had to cancel. They didn't care. Said it was non-refundable. One of the individuals I spoke with said they had already "spent the money" on fuel. As a senior living on a very small Social Security, my eyes were open to how loyal they are to their customers.
