We just switched back to Main-Care. They had been our provider long ago, then we moved out of their area. It is so good to be able to get connected with them again. Great people, great care, so very knowledgeable and with good prices too!!!!!

Had Eric come over 3 weeks ago and still never received a quote despite being told that I would receive one. I followed up with customer service and still nothing. So if this is how you treat a potential customer, I'll just take my business to another company.

Saeed was the best service person I have ever had come out to work on my furnace. It was a Saturday night and it was not an easy fix, but he kept working and trying things until I had heat. Highly recommend!

our service man Will Clark was extremely dedicated to our issue.He spent detailed time in resolving the root of our noisy heater.He reached out to his colleagues for additional info and was able to not only fix the problem but also determine areas of concern for future consideration.He was knowledgable and gave us 5star service.We would recommend Will and main-care as a provider for others.Thank You Will!

Still 3 Weeks after they P/ Up Tanks - Remind You Tanks were Almost Full - Still No Reimbursement. Called the Company to find out why -“ Oh We didn’t know the tanks were Picked Up - Are You Serious?? You had a work order to P/ Up Tanks just like Everything Else - But You Didn’t know !!! This Company is Bad Business !! Stay Away !!!! So We will be taking this to the Next Step !!! Bad Bad Business !!! How Dare they Rake my Elderly Mother Over the Coals , Not to Mention they Broke her furnace , and Take No Responsibility for that Either !!!!

From the first phone call to completed service this company is top notch. This is what if is like to deal with an employee owned business..... They all give it 100% no matter what department they are in. They are truly one of the best companies I deal with. I recommend them 100%. I would give them more stars if I could. ***************

I was shocked by the terrible policies of this company. I am a customer of Main Care by default not by choice. I started service with Ackner Fuel (an amazing family business that was honest and personally involved in all matters) back in 2001. We selected Ackner because they were cheaper and they leased tanks. At the time Main Care only would fill tanks that the customer purchased from Main Care directly. Ackner explained that this was a joke... They said that we would be better served only leasing a tank and when, and if we ever changed companies they would pick up the tank at no charge and the new company would just lease me a new one. I never changed companies until today. Today we converted to gas and National Grid. We have a $1,046 credit on the account and 210 gallons of propane in the tank as of today, which we paid $2.029 per gallon on the last fill. So Main Care owes me approx $426 in fuel credit alone. I am owed $1,472. I was told that they want to pick up the tank and charge me $250 for a pickup and restocking fee. That is not in my agreement and I was told that they can not send me my credit until they pickup the tank and charge me the $250 fee. I do not begrudge the Ackner's for selling but this would have never happened with them. Do not do business with this company. They do not inform you of thier policies in advance. This is a terrible way to do business. I trust that they will make good on doing the right thing, but unfortunately it will only be due to the fact that I am forcing them to do the right thing.
Be sure to learn of all of your choices before choosing a supplier. I would recommend that you find a company with good values even if you pay a little more.

Maincare came to do my yearly maintenance. I explained the issues we were having. They stated everything is done and fixed. 1month later we are having the same issue but now I'm told my electrical wires have corroded beyond repair and I need a whole new hvac unit.
