They were very friendly. The plumbing issue was small but it still seem like we have a leak still. The charge was excessive! I felt as if there were hidden fees. He never told me a fee until the end, never confirmed the cost even when started to do the job, he already told his worker to get the piece to fix the toilet. I feel that not disclosing the cost was very unprofessional. If he would have told me they charge just to come out, I would have went with another local company. Communication goes a long way. Will update review if leak stop or continue for more than a week.

Trinity showed up at my house earlier than expected, which was awesome, and not only fixed my hot water heater, but saved me a ton of money in the process. They also gave me a very reasonable estimate on a new tank and also estimates on a tankless system. Very professional and very much appreciated what this company did for me.

Dave was very sketchy and seemed to overcharge things that weren't needed. Also seems like they have underage kid working for them... might want to watch out for this company seems real sketchy

Trinity answered my call promptly and came out the same day to fix my problem. They cleaned tree roots that had caused a backup in my sewer line and trap. Will and Justin were professional and courteous, explaining the issue they found and how they remedied it. Cost was reasonable. I would hire again for plumbing work and would recommend.

We had a leak in our outdoor shower and Trinity did not hesitate to come back to correct the issue. They're always on time, honest and professional. Highly recommended to all friends, families and even my own clients.

Trinity was very responsive to the leak but the workmanship of the repairs were a little sloppy, it was obvious the service man was not a journeyman. The job site was left with a mess I had to clean after the job was completed.

What incredible rip off. I did not ask for a plumbing outfit I asked for a drain cleaning outfit and all of a sudden plumber shows up. They wanted to charge me 1700 and change to fix one broken sink drain and clean a drain line. I fixed the broken sink for $23 and the drain line was clean by another company for 230.I paid the fee for coming up but they really should reimburse me because I didn’t ask for a plumber I asked for a drain cleaner. Total rip off

Dylan and Justin showed up on time but to the wrong house, seemed in over their head addressing a hose bib relocation and bathroom drain issue, didn’t even look at the water pressure issue, and provided a quote of over $4,000 to just install the new hose bib (not a typo). They also charge a $135 fee just to come provide a work quote which wasn’t disclosed until they were wrapping up and looking for payment.

Upon them leaving I discovered the main water line into the house had been shut off and left off, but all the bathroom and kitchen faucets had been left open so when I eventually discovered the water supply issue and got it back on the bathroom that had drain issues to begin with was pouring water which would have flooded the entire house had I not caught this.

Arrived in time. Thoroughly checked out problem areas, unclogged main line. And willing to travel to a remote area that 3 other businesses refused to attend. Thank you, kept your business card.
