Chris was great. I had two other appliance companies come out and they detected no issue with my dishwasher. Chris was able to detect the issue and explained how it needed to be fixed. I recommend Chris or anyone from Long Lane if you need assistance and great expertise.

John came out to service our heater while we were in a rental 2 years ago. He was on time, professional and extremely efficient. We got to know John and his family as time went on. They really give meaning to family owned business. They all work really well as a team and get things done quickly. Their love for their company shows through their work.

Long Lane came out to repair a botched job done by another HVAC company. They were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, most important- on time. Bill, Mario, Marco, and Barry were great to work with and I would highly recommend Long Lane.

We really appreciated the communication about when our repairs would take place and that their trucks were loaded with all equipment and tools to get the job done.

Don't hesitate or try to bargain shop for HVAC/Plumbing repairs- you definitely get what you pay for and its better to have the job done on time and correctly. These guys work hard to take care of you and your home.

The lLong Lane plumber that was assigned for the job could not figure out where the leak was coming from. He stayed a while trying to figure it out but I thought I was on a prank tv show for a moment. He tracked dirt on my carpet, and didn’t have a flash light to find the leak he was looking for. That’s equivalent to a carpenter trying to measure something but having no tape measurer and a carpet cleaner trying to clean carpets without using water. Where do they hire these people. Get it together. Come prepared with tools, and parts and located and fix the leak instead of just snatching the service fee. I’m wondering if the company stay in business for collecting service fees and providing no work at all, that could be their scheme you know. Imagine a plumber’s days work is just driving to house to house collecting service fees and doing no actual work. And Just make up excuses why they can’t fix something. Do the job or just close the company down.

Long lane did a phenomenal job installing our ac units. The workers came out on a Sunday because we had been waiting on the warranty company for 4 weeks. Bill at long lane was very communicative through the whole process and made phone calls on our behalf to get the ball moving. Once the parts were all in he sent 3 guys out on a Sunday to get the job done. They were professional, yet personable and they did meticulous work. They left the work areas cleaner than when they started and we pleasant to be around. I felt 100% comfortable having them in my home and will use them for any future needs. Thank you Long lane for giving us our air back!!

If I could give Bill and his team more stars, I would. Like other people leaving reviews our home warranty company sent out the worst hvac tech to install a new ac system. Totally botched the entire job. After that they gave us the run around until Bill himself got on a 3 way call with the warranty company and got everything in order. A few days later they showed up and fixed the new system the previous company messed up. This company truly cares and we will definitely request them again in the future!

I have a malfunctioning gas stove. I was referred to Long Lane by our warranty company. The tech that arrived to my home to evaluate my stove was unpleasant, unprofessional and rude. I wasn’t informed of all that is wrong with the stove and was told that I will have to wait until next week for my order to be submitted to the warranty company for review. When the warranty company reached out to Long Lang to get information on my stove they were told the order wouldn’t be available until mid next week! Not having a properly working stove and living with two young children is unacceptable.

The warranty company finally sent a competent company - Long Lane - to fix our dryer.

Long Lane came out, diagnosed the problem, vacuumed the dust out of the dryer bottom, and ordered 2 parts. Within a week the parts arrived and they scheduled a new appointment, then John quickly repaired/tested the dryer. They were polite, competent, and knowledgeable.

It is true that they only give you a date, rather than a time/date, but they do call 30 minutes before arriving. I am fortunate that I can work from home certain days, so it was not a problem for me. I would recommend Long Lane. They were knowledgeable, professional, and quick.

We waited almost 2 months with the first repair guy (NOT Long Lane), when we found out that the first guy quit working for the warranty company leaving us to start all over again. I blame the warranty company on this one for never following up, but at least they sent a knowledgeable company to do the job right! Also, as a homeowner you have to follow-up on your own rather than wait for the home warranty to check with the service company. Don't think I will be using the warranty company again, when I can just call Long Lane directly.

Excellent Service!! I had a problem with my heater. John and Barry were here the next day. They were very professional and explained exactly what was going on. My house was nice and toasty within an hour. They also cleaned up after fixing my heater. Pricing was very fair! They were also very nice to both of my dogs! I’m giving Long Lane Home Services, 5 Stars and I highly recommended this company! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
