Called Longlane because my heater stopped working last winter, so with this winter approaching I needed to get it fixed. I had talked to two other places that told me they couldn't fix it and I had to replace the entire HVAC system that mine was too old. Anyway, I called and John came out the next day. He looked at my heater, rebuilt the part that broke and had my heater working again in like an hour total. I cannot thank him enough for first off fixing my heater, and second saving me a TON of money. Thank you so so so much and I would highly recommend Longlane for home services. I will never go to anyone else!

Mario was great! He was able to trouble shoot my issue and fix it quickly. He even gave me some maintenance tips to make sure my sump pump continues to work properly for a long time.

Tried to say I needed a whole new heating system because of a cracked heat exchange. Got a second opinion and found out my condensation tube had a blockage. A shop vac and 20 minutes later, heater was working properly. Long Lane tried to fraudulently take advantage of us and make us pay for a major appliance that was in working order rather than diagnosing the problem like honest people. Stay away from this company at all costs!

I've used Long Lane for an appliance problem. Technician came out in record time, diagnosed the problem, and showed me all the parts that were not functioning and why. The service was well priced for a professional company and my property was treated with care. Id recommend Long Lane to friends and family as they are a family owned business and you can get personal care and not the corporate run around I would expect from chain.

I have two properties and have used Long Lane services on several occasions. Each time, they have been professional when attending to my service request. My most recent problem was at my rental property and the heater was not working properly. I was told a part had to be ordered that may take a couple of days by the technician on site. I telephone the office and explained that this would mean putting my tenant in a hotel for several days. They ordered the part and requested overnight shipping and the part was received and installed the next day.

I really appreciate the extra effort they took in making sure my tenant could return home and not have to spend several nights in a hotel.
