AC wasn’t cooling to temperature set. Used appt feature on SPS website. Receptionist called to confirm date & extremely friendly. She also called when tech was coming. Technician explained issues with the AC electronics. What he was going to do step-step and their tiered pricing warranty programs available. AC now working well. Tech Cruz professional and communicative. Thank you!

Joe was very helpful in answering all my questions and explained all he performed for the A/C maintenance. He was very polite and pleasant. I will certainly request Joe the next time I need to have any maintenance performed on my HVAC system.

Ted came out to service our heater today for its annual maintenance and was awesome! He showed us things we can do to improve our system by making upgrades etc in the future and was so knowledgeable and kind. He really explained things so well and just a really nice guy! Love that beard too!

Ted explained the problems with the system and the different options I had. Repaired the unit in a timely manner and had the system running in no time.

Outstanding service. Called because I had no heat. Ed arrived same day. Unfortunately, heater was beyond repair. Gave me a quote, and even offered space heaters to keep me warm. Came back the next day and installed the heater and everything is working great. Ed was the best. He kept me totally informed every step of the way, and even apologized when the unit could not be repaired and I had to buy a new one. He is a credit to this company. Definitely recommend SPS.
