These guys were awesome. I have a home warrranty and was assigned another contractor for my HVAC issue. Never had a response from this other contractor after 4 days of calling and texting so I requested a new contractor. Long Lane Home Services was assigned to my issue. I called and was on their schedule immediately for the same day...thanks to Mario. Three hours later John was the technician that came to the house in Covid protective gear. He was curtious and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem and had the AC up and running within 1/2 hour of arriving. i wish all experiences with a contractor could work out this way. Highly recommend this firm.

Long Lane Home Services was AMAZING! John took his time while looking at my heater. He thoroughly explained the problem to me and ordered the part I needed. In just a few short days the part was in! My heater isn't clanking around anymore and my family is toasty warm. Not only were they prompt, professional and fixed the problem quickly but John took the time to talk to my 4yr old who was so excited to tell him about his Christmas elf. I highly recommend Long Lane Home Services!

Had a wonderful experience with Long Lane Home Services. Our air conditioning had a leak and within a day of calling and putting in a claim to my home warranty a technician was at my house. He fit me into his busy schedule as it had been a very hot week. He was both professional and knowledgable. He found the problem and fixed it in no time. I would absolutely recommend this company if you need a repair done. Thanks, John, for such excellent service!

My home warranty company had this company come out to fix a water leak & kitchen faucet, they fixed the pipe leak is why they got 2 stars. They couldn't fix the faucet & said they'd have to come back another day with a new faucet ( what plumbing company doesn't have extra faucets on their truck). This goes back to the beginning of October.
Warranty company and me called this company several times to get this resolved.
They kept saying they have to get in touch with the plumber that came to my residence, in order to find out what he had done when he came out.
The warranty company sent out another company, they replaced my faucet on 11/12/2020, 2 days after they got the work order. That's professionalism.
I wouldn't use Long Lane again, they have definitely went down.

We had two different technicians come out out today to fix a toilet and one for our dryer. We are two girls who live alone and we aren't very "handy". The first guy came to do our toilet in a very timely fashion and was polite and professional. He explained the problem, told us how much it would be and got to work. We were very happy. Not even 10 minutes later John Fadgen came for the dryer. He was so great! Nice, professional and fast. He couldn't have provided better service. He said our dryer was done and wasn't worth fixing because it would cost the same as getting a new one. He said to come down to the store and he could order things we wanted if we didn't see them there. We are very very happy with our experience and they will be our go to for home repairs and appliances! Thank you Long Lane!

I would given them zero stars if I could. Completely unprofessional, I was lied to multiple times and spoken down to in the most disrespectful manner. We have been without heat for almost a month, we call them daily and receive different answers each time we call. Even if you have a warranty company that requires you to work with Long Lane I would do everything to receive approval from the warranty company to work with a different contractor. This company is atrocious and I hope no one else has to work with them. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!!!

Long Lane converted our house from oil to natural gas . I could not be more pleased with my experience after dealing with them. They have since began servicing my parents and brothers houses. The job was completed in a timely manner, the crew was very professional, and cleaned up before they left. I think the best part is that they have not had to return. This job was completed right the first time, and i jave not had any issues. I guess the very low heating bill is a plus, too! Highly recommended! Only if you want the job done right the first time though.

We have a 2-10 warranty on our new home that we bought. We have been without heat since very early on Christmas day. We immediately contacted 2-10 warranty service and they electronically prepared an order which indicated that Long Lane Home Services would be the contracted vendor. According to the website it says that their hours of operation or 8 AM – 6 PM; Facebook it says 8:30 AM – 6 PM. When we received no answer and there is no answering service or voicemail to be able to leave a message through, we contacted 2-10 warranty and their representative even tried calling. I then contacted Long Lane again and spoke with Tony. When I explained our situation and pointed out that the hours of operation were incorrect because he was now telling me that they weren’t open until 10 AM, he said it may not even be today that we would have someone come. They just called now and offered to come tomorrow. REMEMBER- we are insured under 2-10 warranty, Long Lane does not work for us, they work for the warrantee repair and we have been without heat for 60 hours. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY.

Mario installed our new dishwasher the other day, and he was fantastic! Very professional, nice attitude, and he showed up within the promised time frame window. This installation was a little bit tricky due to the old under-counter space he had to deal with... but he made it work, and was very thorough! Highly recommend Long Lane! Ask for Mario!
