Contacted American Home Shield on Wednesday 7/22/20 for my whole house AC which stopped working. They assigned Hull's HVAC for the repair. Three days later and I wasn't scheduled by Hull's. On Friday 7/24/20, Hull's said they could schedule me for the following Thursday, 7/30/20. I contacted AHS and they assigned Long Lane Home Service. This was late Friday. I got a call in about 1/2 hour and the scheduled me on Monday. Mario called Monday at 9:30 and said he would arrive in about 30 minutes. He arrived in 30 minutes mask on. Asked about the problem and went to work. Diagnosed the situation, retrived the failed part from the truck and replaced it in no time. He also checked the gas pressures and adjusted. Also checked my filters and told me to replace them at my earliest convience. Mario was professional, knowledgeable and a great technician. What a pleasure to have Long Lane and Mario solve my problem.
If you need appliance or HVAC service, I highly recommend Long Lane and Mario. Best service I've ever had in my 75 years.

We have had two occasions where Long Lane has come to assist with apppiance repairs. The technician, John, was very knowlegeable and professional. He did an excellent job solving the issues we had and his customer service was great! They were also very good about getting the service call in quickly. I would definitely continue to use this company for any appliance repairs we may have.

I have been in my home for a little over a year. It's about 22 years old and so I maintain a home warranty. Of all the service companies that have come out to diagnose and repair or replace Long Lane has done a great job. This last issue I even had to have someone else wait for them while I was working. I'm not big on not being here when having something done but John was professional, respectful, and got my heater going right away. He even answered questions post repair when needed. Recommend strongly.

We have a home warranty and our clothes washer wasn't working properly. The warranty company sent Long Lane out to diagnose the problem. John was the service tech, he was very polite, clean, and knowledgeable. John made sure that the warranty company understood that any repair made would be a temporary solution.

Thanks to his efforts our washer was replaced with a brand new unit. He could've easily done the repair to earn more money, but he made sure we were happy and wouldn't need to inevitably call back when the washer failed again.

John delivered and installed our replacement dishwasher. I requested he center the unit in the space (unlike the original install by a different company) and he made it perfect. We were very pleased with the fast scheduling and delivery of the unit. We certainly will look into Long Lane for future appliance purchases and repairs.

Company was contracted as a partner with our home warranty. They came out to fix our tankless water heater in April and it seemed to be fine. Three months later the same problem happened so I called this morning to hopefully get some help since we have no hot water and that they were the ones to previously do our service. The best they are willing to offer is to come out in five days to look at the problem but they may still need to schedule a second day to actually fix the problem. All of this time we won’t have hot water.

Highway robbery! Service tech was very knowledgeable but their prices?!?! This is exactly why when Home Depot comes to Swedesboro, Long Lane will never last because loyalty to the “mom and pop” business will only stretch so far, but not far enough at the end of the day.
People can say what they want but best price always wins!!!

Had issues with our fridge leaking to the point where it began causing damage to our kitchen floor. The last person who came (from a different company) to fix it, didn’t do it properly. Went with Long Lane this time and had Mario come to help us out..he fixed everything all while explaining to us what the underlying problem was! No problems with leaking now. Great, speedy customer service! Thank you, Mario for your help 👍🏼

We had an awesome experience with Mario from Long Lane. After weeks of trying to get another company to install a built in microwave, we scheduled a visit from Long Lane. Mario was prompt, personable, and installed our microwave perfectly, when a previous company had told us it was a two man job. Mario went above and beyond answer various questions we had and giving us pointers on how to take care of our other appliances. We will definitely reach out to them for future appliance needs!

These people are best and they know what they are doing !!!! Mario replaced my evaporator coil as the previous technician from other company had screwed my AC, He had replaced evaporator coil with the wrong one (i guess he did not have any idea what he was doing as he had replaced 'A' shaped coil with a 'N' shaped coil)

Mario did a great job, he came replaced the coil with the right one and also made a tin box to fit on top of the coil. He build that tin box from scratch and the finish was like it was machine manufactured. He is very skilled and knowledgeable person.

Ask for him if you have issues with your AC, he is genuine and has a good knowledge of it.
