My bladder tank and associated plumbing had a serious leak due to rotted piping and flooded my basement. The guys from Joseph Hart responded to my call right away and made the necessary repairs. They are my go to plumbers in the past and for the future!

My fifth job completed by Joseph Hart, Inc. I cannot rate the value, because I have nothing to compare the price to. I fully trust this company to do the job that I need done, so I don't even check other places.
My extremely old house heater (probably 50 years old or more!) was about near its end of life and the hot water heater was 14 years old. After consulting with Russell Davis, I decided to replace both with a Rannai I-Series Combi Boiler. At this point, I'm a bit blown away that this little unit can actually replace my old furnace and hot water tank. The hot water is now on-demand. It has a an efficiency rating of 95.9, so I'm very curious to see the savings on natural gas.

Really appreciated the fast, simple and reliable scheduling system. Jake arrived within the 30 minute window specified. We had 2 basement-to-exterior spigots replaced. We are pleased with the professional workmanship, looks great on our recently installed stacked stone facade.

I have a geothermal cooling system and after many other people looked at it and couldn't diagnose the problem, Russell figured it out. He was thoughtful in his approach to assess the problem and identified a way to fix it. He was great!
