Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical

I cannot rave enough about this company I called 3 electricians by the time the other 2 called me back a technician from Harris had been to my house. I understand Christmas holidays could have affected this however every person I interacted with at Harris was friendly & professional & helpful. My job was a 2 person job the technicians Derek & Joe were beyond amazing I had to leave my home before they were finished they cleaned up locked up & left lights on for me. I will recommend Harris to anyone who asks & they’re on my speed dial as I type this. Amazing customer service all around

I was shocked that any plumber was gonna come out that fast. Harris so far is pretty awesome. I wasn’t expecting to pay what I did, but hey, it fixed the issue and also gave me and the wife ideas of how we can use Harris in the future. Wayne Simpkins is definitely an asset to your company and growth as a service company. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and laid back enough to where we didn’t feel like we needed to keep our eyes on him. He built trust from the front door immediately. We are definitely gonna to use Harris and Wayne again in the future, when we have the money for updates. I can’t complain about the price, because you pay for what you get… quality.

I originally contacted Horizon Services, made appointment for Saturday, 06/17/23. Was contacted that morning that Horizon needed to cancel appointment due to emergency calls. So I contacted Harris Plumbing, the rep was very nice and advised she couldn't promise service for Saturday, but if someone cancelled or if workers completed other services, they would try to get to our house. In about a half hour received a email and texted that Harris Plumbing would beable to fix our double sink where the pipes dropped down in our crossbase. They arrived around 1:30 pm, researched what was needed, gave a quote, which we thought was very reasonable, and completed services by 3:30 pm. I then asked if they could advice how much to get our hot water pressure fixed, but we did not want completed the same day and they sent me a quote by email, so we may get that completed by Harris Plumbing. Joe Sauro and Ty were very professional, cordial and most of all knew what they were doing. Thank you very much. I give an A+ for services, price and most of all being able to complete so that we don't have to cart buckets of water outside.

They communicated clearly the timing of the service techs arrival, and were very prompt on the schedule. When the tech showed up he was extremely professional and personable. During the service, the tech was very knowledgeable and willing to share insights and suggestions. The value of the attention received vs the cost was great! I would highly recommend them and will certainly be using them for future service

Had a kitchen sink pipe leaking, Called this company and they responded the same day. Melvin came, assessed and completed the issue quickly. Melvin was very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend this company and use again. Request Melvin, he was very efficient!!! Thanks again

Rich P (Harris Service Tech) did above and beyond job to isolate the root cause of the issue I had post unknowledgeable Comcast Home Security Installer mess left behind. Rich with an Intern kid promptly fixed the issue. I'm 💯% satisfied and will highly Harris Electrical and request Rich be dispatched to customers homes.

Kevis Smith is one person I will never forget. He is employed by Harris plumbing etc. He is professional, knowledgeable and jovial. He enjoys his work and is an excellent technician. He explains everything he does and takes the time and trouble to explain what he is doing and has done. His expertise is definitely in his ability to diagnose the problem and to accurately fix it. Incidentally while he was here he came across a snake and it became the topic of discussion and jokes thereafter. I would like him to come back to do all the air conditioning work in my house. He is also kind and polite. Harris plumbing etc is fortunate to have such an excellent, amazing and awesome employee. Three cheers for Kevis Smith.

Technician Sean Henderson was professional, very nice and friendly. He did an excellent job. What turned into more than just fixing a broken drain pipe to an almost all day job of replacing the old black pipe which had a sag in it which was causing the clogged drain pipe to sinks and washing machine. When trying to connect the new PVC pipe to the pipe in the ground, it was clogged so Sean had to call for another Technician that cleans the drain. After that was done, Sean stayed over until the job was done. I was very happy with the great job he did. I would recommend him and this company to anyone!

my air was having issues when it started getting unbearably hot. I called Harris Plumbing and Heating. they came within a few hrs. The technician Jesse Motola was above and beyond. He found the problem, tried to find a less expensive way for me, but fixed the problem properly. I appreciate the work he has done and would give him a excellent recommendation. He should be CEO THANKS JESSE

I had a clog in the drain pipe my washer was hooked up to so I called yesterday (on a Sunday) and they were able to schedule me in today! Greg H came out and had me cleared out and ready to go with some solid advice on monthly maintenance so I don't get the same problem again. Hands down I'll be calling them again if I need a professionals help.
