From the first diagnosis to final install the crew was on time, honest and as determined as I was to get the repair done safely. Even with a delay, thanks for the space heater loan.

They charged me $450.00 for 20 minutes of work that didn’t even solve my problem. Was told that this was because they were to collect money even for a ‘attempt’ to clear a clog. 20 minutes, 1 snake and check to see if it was fixed is not worth $450.00. I Told them I was unhappy with service when they called, and I was told they’d reach out to managers and someone would contact me. They never did. They only care about money. Do not give them your money. And they are lying below in the message to me about 3 estimates. I got 1. And they do not tell you that their ‘attempt’ which they claim is worth $450.00 is 20 minutes of work.

Wayne hooked up my washing machine and dryer, and advised me of improvement options for my hot water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Discovered a leak under my sink that I was unable to repair. Called Harris Plumbing and they had a tech come out the next day. Paul who was the plumbing tech showed up. Located the issue very quickly. He discussed what the problem was and how much it would cost before he performed any work. Paul was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me so I felt comfortable. Once agreed on price he went to work and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I would recommend Paul and Harris Plumbing for any issues you may have.

I had some hot water on Monday morning . My service request was to flush the hot water heater. The tech attempted to correct the pilot and burner and was unsuccessful. Now I have no hot water !
