Mark was very professional and explained what the problem was and even the pros and cons of doing the project I had piecemeal, while understanding that expense was a concern. The quality of the work was very good and resolved my issue same day.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company. First of all I called them last night at 6:30 and someone picked up the phone! She was kind, and reassuring. I would be able to get service that night! Wish I could remember her name…she called me again to let me know the technician was on his way (from Delaware!) Corey W. arrived and got to work. He was so gracious and patient with me. Part I needed was in the truck and I was saved! I am still processing the fact that someone picked up the phone. Chris is a complete professional. He came to troubleshoot a switch problem and determined it was really a dead garbage disposal. After a discussion, he scheduled a plumber to replace the disposal. Jason, the plumber, came prepared that same afternoon. Both men were professional and personable. They explained everything that needed to be done.

I had some minor flooding in our office basement and reached out to Harris. I got an IMMEDIATE response from Dane who contacted the office to have someone out. Joe Sauro came out as soon as he was done with his previous call (within 45 minutes) and not only fixed the problem because they keep common parts on the truck, but assessed the possible causes which were not plumbing related and gave us a plan of action on how we could go about fixing them. Since purchasing this building a few months ago, we have run into many issues and Harris has been there to help us solve each one.
Their techs are knowledgeable and personable, their work is clean and concise, and their prices are on par with others in the area, and some things even lower. Shout out to Kathy, Dane, Joe and all the folks at Harris.

Horrible service! Bought the most expensive and top of the line package and the system doesn’t even work properly. Took them over a year to finally come out and look at the issue and when they finally did they just gave us excuses as to why the system doesn’t work with the house instead of trying to fix the issue so they didn’t have to put out anymore work or money and also tried to sell more product. Worst company I have ever worked with and very unprofessional and unfortunately I have not even listed all of the problems I have had with this purchase, I would suggest any other company if you are looking for HVAC. Had a different company come out and actually fix the issues and now my A/C and heat works great
