I was so happy for their prompt service; however, a wire attached to a humidifier system that I never used or touched was supposedly the culprit. I only question that bc there’s no way that I’ve had heat and no problems or issues in the last 5 years since I’ve owned the house. $575 for a wire I think is ridiculous and a bit questionable. As a layperson I’m at their mercy; but a wire on a humidifier that was never run being the blame is suspect, to say the least.

Heater was going on and turning off immediately and Sean D was great he figured out that the heat sensor needed to be cleaned and now it's working great. Sean D.

We had new furnace and a/c installation done in our home, our installation techs were Nick and Ty. They did an exceptional job from beginning to end, they arrived on time and got right to work and they didn't stop until they were done. I am very pleased, my home is finally cool! They explained the system and overall they were very professional. Overall working with Harris has been great from the beginning, they have come out to my home for previous repairs and have always responded quickly and have always provided the best recommendations. I have had a very positive experience with Harris.

I want to personally thank my technician, Nickolaos, for a wonderful experience. He explained every single detail of what he was going to do, what he did, and what my system would need to keep running. He showed me pictures, pointed things out in the system itself and was very thorough. I really appreciate him taking the time to do all of that while even enjoying some laughs. He makes you feel at ease. I signed up for the spring A/C inspection and will be requesting him as the technician for that service. Thank you, Niko and I’d give him 10 stars if it were possible.

Mike P redid my pvc piping in my basement, due to pipes collapsing. I'm able to wash now, without having to tare up my concrete floor. The outcome of his work was great. Thank you
