Great experience. This was my second time using them for HVAC purposes. They were friendly, fast and flexible with scheduling, quality work, and communicated everything they did along with providing visuals of the work completed.

Ty was great. It was a 2 day project and he really did his best to achieve what I wanted to be done. Which was replace the whole corner of my sinking floor and then put the floor and toilet back together

I called Harris for a problem with my thermostat. They were able to make an appointment for the next day! Chris, the service person that came out, was great. He diagnosed the problem and gave me options on what could be done. He then fixed the problem quickly and expertly. I expected to pay a lot for the service on a Saturday. But I was pleased with the price and the great service. I would recommend Harris and Chris for anybody needing heating system or any other repairs or service.

*THIS IS FOR THE PROPANE DIVISION ONLY* We had been customers with Harris for a long time (5 stars to the Service Division). We paid on the payment plan and had auto-delivery. One day, we returned home after being out & the house smelled of propane. We checked the gauges on the tanks & they’re at 0 and 10% respectively.
Keep in mind, auto delivery is supposed to take place before hitting 20%. They continue to autodraft $ out of our acct., but cannot perform the services that are necessary.
Update! Now they’re trying to tell us that our (agreed upon) budget amount was not enough, so they just didn’t deliver. They’ve continued to take $ out of the account each month though!

We first called for repair of our 17 yr old furnace but opted for a replacement as the heater was broken 3 times and the ac once just since we moved to this house. Everyone we dealt with was prompt and professional. Eric Schutz ran the crew during the installation and we were very happy with the results. They worked carefully to protect our floors and carpets. Finished up in just one day.
Also happy with the advice of Eric Simkin for finding us the right system. This Lennox furnace is so quiet I can remove the "noise shield" I had built over the air return. No longer needed.

The responsiveness is amazing. Not only was I able to get a much needed next day appointment but they sent Sean to work on our issue. The expertise and effort spent on extricating our old built-in dishwasher along with installing the new one was greatly appreciated. This was not an easy task. He went above and beyond. Trustworthy and through. Would highly recommend.
