I’ve had Harris out on multiple occasions to look at my boiler, give me a quote on a new boiler, and install a new boiler. The technicians that get sent out are all professional and knowledgeable. The phone system is a bit of a headache because they need to transfer you multiple times to get to scheduling and then you can only choose the day and recommend a time (at least when I’ve called to schedule).

Jay and his crew were incredible! Our attic installation was difficult to say the least. The old furnace was behind an attic knee wall and very difficult to access. What was supposed to be a 4 hour install took them over 12, but they just kept chugging along. It was so impressive to see them overcome obstacle after obstacle, all with the end goal of making sure we had heat at the end of the day. I called these guys on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and less than 4 days later, we were up and running.

This was my first experience with Harris Plumbing. The technician called to announce his arrival time. He examined the location and scope of work to be done and within minutes presented a proposal for the cost of the work. By signing up for a maintenance program I was able to save some bucks for my current project and future maintenance visits for my heating and AC systems. The work was done professionally and the work area was thoroughly cleaned after completion.The technician explained all the work that was completed.
This was a difficult job due to the tight and narrow space to work in and to reach in behind the extra deep kitchen sink to connect all the water lines.
I am currently signed up for regular maintenance visits and would recommend you give Harris Plumbing a call for your projects.
