I am writing to share with you my experience with several representatives of your company. The heat on my rental property went on a Friday night. The following Monday, I was contacted by Sean Henry through an Angi's list inquiry. Sean agreed to immediately meet me at my property. It took us both about an hour to drive to Absecon. I met Sean and we immediately looked at the property to give me a quote for replacement. Just a few hours later, he emailed me the quote. I couldn't be happier with his professionalism. I agreed to the quote the next morning and he moved mountains to get the service scheduled right away for that Thursday. That Thursday, I meet Justin and Kevin at the house and they were ontime, friendly and very professional. On Friday when they arrived, I also met Alex. He too was friendly and professional. They worked diligently to get things up and running by the end of the day and with a blizzard looming as well. Before and after pictures are included.
I decided to go with Laury for a service plan on my residence as well. Dan and Dan Jr. Are awesome too. Felt like I have known all of your employees for years. I just went to commend all of them who treated me like I was family. They were all nice people to work with. You have a customer, and advocate for your company for life! Thank you so much, it is refreshing to have a company like yours. Please pass along my thanks to all of your team.

Unprofessional workers that will take your copper out of your house when they put in the flex pipe. I was your customer in Salem New Jersey on 7th Street and in Vineland NJ.if you want me to post all the photos of my flooded basement and how you said I would need a new waterline from the street but your workers put new toilets in and didn't have enough knowledge to make sure the seals worked I could post those as well. Took you to court and won. No apologies from you or your workers

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After applying for financing and a state subsidy in the amount of $4650 with 0 % financing, to help convert from oil to gas in a new home which needed to be purchased after this single woman lost her sister and adopted her young niece and being approved leaving a cost of 8750 with a payment of $102 a month. The contract with the financing company stated that they had from July 13 to September 18th to complete the job. The gas company completed their job 10 days into that window and Laury heating did their part shortly there after. Then weird things started happening like John Bucolo knocking on the door after the job was complete saying they lost the contract and needed another one signed… after a month she started calling to find out why she had not gotten a bill and when the payment would begin and she was told things like “well, some people got lost in the sauce” and “you don’t need to start making payments until next year”. A week later she was called and informed that they had not filed the paperwork in time (blaming it on the gas company not doing their job in time, which was a lie they were done July 23rd) and therefore needed her to reapply for financing— and oh by the way the subsidy doesn’t exist anymore so you will have to get a payment on 13,220. To which she said absolutely not and she would gladly send you the 102 dollars a month which is clearly stated on our contract. Less than 60 days later and she are being served with a 16500 lawsuit stating that she refused payment. What kind of company does this to a single woman that just took in an orphaned child??? It is absolutely sick. Later we find out that this also happened to someone else in the neighborhood. Fortunately when theirs happened Laury decided to take the hit on the subsidy amount, leaving them to finance just the amount they were supposed to finance. They are not giving this option to this woman. Please tell everyone you know not to work with these disgusting people.

During my fall HVAC maintenance check, I was told that my 18 year old gas heater needed replacement, which came as no surprise. I collected 7 estimates for the job. The prices ranged from $7800 for good equipment to 13-14k for the best equipment, depending on the company.
After comparing prices, Laury was clearly offering the best value for the superior product at the lowest price. Larry Grier was the consultant who arrived at my home to inspect and price the job. If I had a company, I would want Larry to be the public face of it. At no time did he act like a salesman at all. He was very thorough, professional, polite and knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced, I completely trusted his opinion and input. I told Larry he had the job. After running into a few hurdles in the financing application process, Larry was aware that the CO levels in my home were a potential concern for my family's safety so he went above and beyond to expedite the process. He was in phone/text contact with me to make it happen as quickly as possible, which he did. As a result, I was put on the schedule in a few days.
The morning of the job, I was kept in constant communication as to what time the crew would arrive and even shown a picture of the consultant who would arrive. Kevin and Jerry arrived on time, maintained a clean footprint in my home, were courteous and open to answer any and all questions that I might have. I couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. And as an added bonus, I am included in the "birds promotion" in which I will receive $5,000 WHEN the Philadelphia Eagles win the Super Bowl!!!!
If you need HVAC work, definitely give Laury a shot at least at giving you an estimate, that's my review and opinion. And even further, I suggest you request Larry Grier for his experience and input. Give him a raise and hold onto him if you want to build customer loyalty! Thanks!

Holvin arrived as scheduled for the HVAC maintenance appointment. He completed the necessary maintenance, but before he left, my husband and I asked him about another issue we were having with our plumbing. Holvin went under the house, took notes, and contacted the company for a work order. He went above and beyond to answer our questions and to get the ball rolling on the plumbing repair. In about ten minutes, I received a call from Laury Heating to set up the appointment for a technician to attend to our plumbing situation. Holvin is knowledgeable, personable and is an asset to Laury Heating. Thank you, Holvin!

My heater stopped working and Dana from Laury heating came to my home right when he said he would be here (which was no long after we called) he not only fixed our heater and he answered all my questions in a way I understood and even told me why some of my house was not heating as well as others and he went down and fixed that too!!! He was a very nice and professional man and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
