Kyle and Dylan were great! On time, quick to get to work and to complete the job! Everything that we were told would be done, was done and it looks great! The price for the ac unit alone, was priced very well! We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Triton Service is the way to go! Starting with Michelle, the owners wife, she recommended the business from a FB post and she was very genuine from the start. I called and made an appointment for the company to come out and give an estimate, Wade (the owner) came out and took a look and was very honest in telling me what was needed and what we could do without for the time being. He didn’t tack on anything unnecessary and he showed me pictures of what I would be getting and what the outcome would look like. The day of installation the service guys Teddy, Dylan, Tyler and another gentleman I can’t remember the name of, worked their magic and were quick & efficient. Before concluding their day, they showed us how to work the thermostat and ensured we knew what we were doing, the house even started to cool down before they left, and they went about their day. We have no complaints so far! I would recommend to anyone searching!

We needed a quick repair (our shower wouldn't turn off). Triton was able to send a technician, Ryan out quickly (within 3 hours). He did the job and quickly and professionally.

I was pleased with the service that Kyle provided. Resolved my problem quickly. I told him it was wonderful having a honest repairman. I will schedule an appointment for next around the same time to have you look at my A/C for preventative maintenance.

Had our HVAC system replaced in December after our furnace stopped working. Wade came out and gave us several options for installation. He answered any questions I had and was extremely nice and professional. Kyle came out with a crew of workers to install the new system. He was great. He addressed any concerns I had, answered all my questions, and was also extremely nice and professional. Everybody was great, from the woman who answered the phone to the workers who came out for the installation job. They made sure to keep everything clean and did the whole job in about 7 hours, despite giving me an estimated time of 8 hours to complete the job. Ryan, and the workers who installed the outside A/C unit, leveled out the ground by laying down rocks before putting down the new A/C platform, and it looks a lot better than before. By afternoon we had heat and I couldn't have been happier. The only issue I had was that the air filter was more difficult to remove, I think because it was in the location where the new system was attached to the existing ducts. I called and spoke with Wade, and he offered to have someone come to fix it immediately, or else he would come down himself. It wasn't a big deal that needed to be addressed right away, so I told him I would call back to schedule a day that I would be available.
Kyle had come back to fix the filter issue and he did a great job, and now it's much easier to replace the filter. I'm looking forward to see how the A/C works in the summer, but so far I'm extremely happy with the service provided by Triton.

Our AC was not working right and I wasn’t sure who to call. I called this company and they had open availability to come out to our house and once they came, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They fixed the issue relatively quickly and their rate was fair. Definitely will call them again if we need anything in the future!
