Thank you Ryan, Wade and Dave.....you did a fantastic job on everything. You take pride in your work and appreciate the little details right down to the stone around new AC unit....looks great. Professional and courteous and took the time to make sure everything was explained and working efficiently.

A compressor was replaced. This company acknowledged and accepted my warranty whereas others would not. These men were superior workers, explained and answered questions thoroughly and went above and beyond to check out every inch of the system. Found wiring that was defective in the switch box and repaired it even though they were not related to the heat pump or ac unit. Congratulations to this company for having a code of ethics that one can trust. I highly endorse, recommend and encourage others to invite them into your homes if you need their service as they describe it in The Clipper Magazine.

Dave, Wade, and Ryan were absolutely phenomenal to work with. Having a new AC and furnace installed is a pretty stressful event as a home owner but Dave was a great contact to walk me through the process and Ryan and Wade went above and beyond to make the install day as smooth as possible while I juggled my 3 kids. I would absolutely choose them again and again!!

Technician arrived in timely manner. Explained in detail what the maintenance tune up entailed making sure he answered any questions .

I called Triton Services last Friday to schedule an AC tune-up and was able to schedule an appt. immediately. I was given the arrival window of 8:00-10:00 this morning and received notification at 8:03 a.m. that Wade was on his way. Not only was Wade punctual, professional, and extremely personable, he also was very informative and honest. When I asked him about a replacement thermometer he answered sincerely and never tried to push a sale on me, which I always appreciate. He also gave an honest assessment of my HVAC system, even praising the previous service (cleaning) of a competitor. For these reasons, and others, I highly recommend Triton Services and definitely will use their services again in the near future.

I placed an urgent call on a snowy Sunday afternoon for emergency work on my father's well. They arrived a short time after call. Assessed the situation gave us all the options. Background - when they arrived it was in the middle of the job after several hands (inexperienced) had attempted. Triton returned on Monday with all material needed and made repairs. Did take time but was well worth the time. The Professional, Quality work and understanding they demonstrated was above and beyond.

I called on a Tuesday because of a under performing air conditioner, a tech came on Wednesday and had a new unit installed on Friday. You can not ask for better timing than that. The crew that showed up were on time, respectful, and very clean. When they were done the only thing they left behind was a new air conditioner, furnace and a happy household.
