There are not enough good things to say about Ryan and his team! From the initial service call to the final walk through after installing the AC, everyone and everything was top notch. Arrived within hours of realizing we had an issue, diagnosed it in minutes, and set us up with multiple options for repair/replacement. Ryan and his partner even drove all the way back to answer more questions and provide another walk through the day before install just to make sure all was good and us as homeowners understood everything. On day of install, his techs kyle and Lincoln were on time, polite, and explained everything every step of the way. Alan then helped me understand my new hi tech thermostat without any issue. During the final walk through we were super impressed at how much more efficient our whole basement HVAC unit is and how clean everything was left. His techs and son in law's knowledge and patience was far above any other company I reached out to. When done they re-explained everything from the thermostat and outdoor unit and left us with a way more efficient AC to save us from this high humidity, and left me with the confidence that I wont be thinking about this system for a long time. Bonus they even moved the unit so we could enjoy our dining room and backyard more - it's so much more quiet! Cant sing their praises loud enough! Thank you guys again!!

Our boiler went down on Friday and I called multiple HVAC/plumbing companies with no response. I called Triton on Saturday and was scheduled on that call, and Wade came out quickly. The part that needed replacing was not on hand, but we were promised that it would be purchased and installed first thing Monday morning. And true to their word, our boiler is now fixed. We are so happy we worked with Triton and to have hot water again. We will use their services again in the future.

I wish I would have been told the flat price on the phone when I booked, but Ryan was awesome. Very professional, on time, neat and clean and put up with my dog! Recommend!

Ryan was incredibly and refreshingly professional, personable, and honest. He told me I DIDN’T need to do a far more expensive hardware replacement that I thought I needed, and took care of the true issue quickly and cheaply. That’s true integrity that’s hard to find.
