I’ve been looking everywhere for fuse reducers for my air conditioner at home looked online everywhere and the place where I should’ve looked first with Granger I would like to thank the young man Brent he was able to order them for me and I had them the next day so thank you Brent at the store in Newcastle DelawareYou made wifey very happy so now we can turn the air conditioner on without any worries thank you again Brent at the New Castle store and DELAWARE thank you so very much again Brent John D

I drive out of my way to shop at this grainier. This supply house operates like a well oiled machine. Brent and Jeff are great guys but if I’m being honest everyone in there is an absolute pleasure to do business with. 5 stars only because Google won’t let me put 10.

Grainger industrial supply is the best place to get stuff from because they have it all and the people are very friendly and place is very clean everyone is will to help you find the stuff.

Call to purchase equipment- their first concern on the automated system is if your willing to give a survey - then to eternal hold. Definitely not a company who values your time.

Sitting outside for curbside pickup for 25 minutes on the phone with them and still no one comes out. Store manager is off site and team members are sitting inside doing nothing. After walking in I explained no one is answering curbside text and the response I get is the employee left at 3. So customer service is horrible at this location.

Kid of unhelpful, maybe I interrupted their lunch, or something. I’ve never left the store with a part that I needed that day. In the future I’ll just use the online store because I can order it myself with a computer without the attitude. I don’t need them to do that.

Basically a toy store for adults! Everyone is super friendly and extremely helpful. Couldn't possibly recommend enough!

Great place to pickup electrical equipment without the long lead time.
