We had a garbage disposal problem and this was the second company our HSA warranty put us in contact with. The first one was HORRIBLE with communication and after 2 business days we still didn't have a service window. I called HSA about 3PM and they gave me Long Lane's contact information. Long Lane called within 30 minutes and gave us a service window for the next day (10-6, but it was something).

The next day we got a call at 1230 that they were one their way. An hour later (the company was located 45 min away), they showed up. The garbage disposal was evaluated, replaced, tested, and they were gone within an hour.

This is the second time I've used this company through my warranty (first was a furnace issue) and both times the company was polite, efficient, and got the job done. Would definitely recommend.

They came out for the smallest problems to the all the impossible problems I’ve had and always solved them. Mario is the best! He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns explaining everything in full detail. He was sure to take his time and not rush like others I have encountered. Mario made sure I was completely satisfied with his service prior to leaving my home. He was very friendly and made sure to keep us all safe by social distancing due to the Corona pandemic we are experiencing. I would give him a 10 star rating if I could.

HATED IT. I have never got such bad service in my entire life. First the service guys came in to look at a water damage, stayed in for 7 minutes, told me I had a frozen pipe which Home Warranty doesn't cover but didn't even locate it because they were in a rush to get the $100 and leave. When I panicked about the water damage not being fixed and called the company, I got to speak with Bill, who apparently is the owner of Long Lane or at least in charge of "customer service". Instead of listening to me, he was arrogant, hostile and verbally aggressive, not only towards me but also the plumber I had called in. Later I emailed to complain, but never got a reply. This guy shouldn't be in service business, and that's why his company isn't helping people, just making it worse. I hope his arrogant style eventually leaves him without any customers.

My garbage disposal was leaking and Mario and Eric were wonderful. They were fully gloved and masked and were so professional. Such pleasant personalities and replaced my garbage disposal in no time. I’d highly recommend Long Lane and asking for Mario and Eric.
