I highly recommend J&J Mechanical. John was great to work with. We were having issues with our AC and needed it replaced. We called J&J and John came out to give us an estimate, He was on time & professional. He answered all of our questions and got the quote to us in less then a day. The weekend came and my husband had a few questions and John was more then happy to answer them even though it was a Sunday! He made the whole process stress free. The day came to install our new AC and we even received a text to say our technician was on their way. Chris, Evan and Simon did the install. They were professional and did wonderful work. They put out tarps and left NO mess. My shrubs weren't even damaged outside and I didn't have to cleanup after them inside either. Chris was the best! He answered all of our questions and explained what he was installing, why our old unit was failing etc. The quality of his workmanship is top notch. The guys worked efficiently and by the afternoon we had the new AC installed and a cool house. I am very happy with J&J and I highly recommend them!

Technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. Explained everything that he was doing, double checked his work. Air Conditioner is working fine, for a retired couple with a 3year old living with you, it’s GREAT! Especially now that the outside air quality has gone back to bad!

Oil to gas conversion. Installation was awesome! Technicians were extremely professional and courteous. The quality of the install was impeccable!

J&J has replaced our furnace and AC unit. When calling, they were able to schedule us by the best day and diagnose issues on the spot. They explain everything to you and present different options as well. They were able to return and replace the units within 2 days of the initial service calls. When we needed our furnace replaced they dropped of space heaters and then window units for our AC which is great considering we have small children and infants. They are nice, respectful, courteous, and professional.

J&J Mechanical replaced my entire furnace and AC systems with brand new efficient models. The owner John was very responsive in providing an on-site evaluation and follow-up quote. He clearly explained all of the different options/pricing and did so in a straightforward way. The team showed up early, worked diligently throughout the entire day and only departed when the work was finished later that night. Overdue review here. I have been using J&J since moving to New Jersey in July 2022. They have serviced my HVAC and furnace and recently installed a whole house generator. Every time they are professional, on time and do great work. Their communication is top notch. I have a service contract with them and will continue to work with them for all my heating, cooling and generator needs.
