I can’t thank Long Lane enough for fixing my leaking pipe after fighting with my home warranty company on whether or not it would be covered. They did the work quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Extremely professional and I would 100% recommend them to anyone in the area.

John from Long Lane Services came out to service my fridge that stopped running. Fridge was deader than a dead. John accurately diagnosed the problem, ordered the right part and got my fridge running like new on the first try. John was professional, honest and knowledgeable. In a situation that could have been very frustrating, John's calm demeanor and can do attitude made for a great customer service experience. Couldn't be more happy with the service and results. HSA home warranty made what could have easily been a $500 repair $100. Celebrating a job well done and a working fridge with an ice cold brew tonight. Thanks again John!

John came out to assist me with a home warranty issue twice this year for different issues. Both times he wore a mask and helped resolve my problem. I had a really poor experience with another company this year, as well, and I was really pleased to see John his second time that I decided Long Lane was the company I will use for future non-warranty projects and John will be the technician I will certainly request.

Dont use this company. They gave me a price of 2,100 to replace a basic hot water heater. He told he needs to install an expansion tank with it. Come on now. My current water doesn’t have one and lasted 11 years. Total scam.

Needed a hot water heater replacement. The problem was assessed within 24 hrs. This company offers dependable service at a reasonable price. The technicians, Chris & Jon, were personable and very informative. I would recommend this company and use their other services.

I called to get a quote and an appointment for an attic fan. The woman on the phone was doing her best even though I could tell they were ringing off the hook. They called about 15 minutes before my appointment which was convenient as, even though I work from home currently, my hearing is terrible and I miss the door often. When John came out he was great. Made sure to wear a mask to care for Covid concerns, answered all my questions, and was courteous throughout. No issues with using a credit card despite some of the other reviews on here. I will absolutely use them for my future electrical and HVAC needs.

I used my home warranty, and they connected me to Long Lane for my fridge issues. Eric was great! He was thorough, explained all that he was doing while working on the fridge, and was genuinely nice and professional.

I have used these guys twice and have been very happy with the results. First, I was having issues with my central air conditioning. I contacted one company who literally told me they had no idea what the issue was. I then contacted Campbell Comfort who told me that I needed an entirely new system (even though my system was brand new). I contacted Long Lane who figured out the problem in about 15 minutes and it was up and running immediately. So, needless to say I contacted them when my heater was not functioning and again it was fixed expediently and was very reasonably priced and courteous service. Thank you Long Lane!

Long Lane Home Services is awesome. John is a true professional who pays close attention to detail and really cares about the quality of his work. Located right in Swedesboro. No matter what you need, no job is too big or too small for them. I called them during a recent plumbing emergency. John came right out and took care of the problem very handily. Id highly recommend them and plan on calling them whenever I have any issue in the future.
