They explain the options and are up front on expected costs. Service technicians are courteous and professional and I like the way they communicate they are on route to your place

The service person was not upfront about Princeton Air not being an authorized Honeywell service provider. The problem was not solved, and the quote for the service was outrageously high.

Top Notch Service ...been using them for over 12 years...
Just another great customer service shout out to Princeton Air. My carbon monoxide detectors were going off, I called Princeton Air , within 20 minutes a Tech was at my house. I will never have another company handle my heating and cooling needs. Thank u Princeton Air. Great teamwork.

Horrible people run this place after they changed management. Whatever you do, DO NOT use them for your hvac services. You’ll be better off with a company who actually values their employees and treats them with the same respect YOU deserve.

I have a maintenance contract and my AC was sold and installed to me by Princeton Air just 4 years ago and parts still under warranty. My AC went out yesterday and I called first thing and reminded the dispatcher that my system was under warranty and that I had a service contract. The service guy came today which I appreciate. From my description, he was able to immediately determine that it needed a capacitor and replaced the part. He then informed me that for the repair to be considered a warranty repair, they would have to order a part from the manufacturer and in the meantime they would have to take the installed part out and leave me without AC for an indefinite amount of time until they had the appropriate part. I had to pay full price for both the labor and the installed part. Having a warranty and years of paying an annual fee for a service contract benefited me absolutely nothing.
