We called after our air condition stopped working. They were able to send a service tech to us the same day. Our service tech was great! Arrived when stated, diagnosed the problem and got us back up and running. Thank You! I would recommend to neighbors and friends.

Furnace fixes: our repair man, David, was polite, professional, and proficient. He was able to also set up an appointment to help with replacement of our water heater. We really appreciate his help and his time.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. The level of unprofessionalism and customer negligence shown by Princeton Air is really astounding. They came to check on my broken water heater, and instead of suggesting a replacement, I was given the runaround on what would be covered by the manufacturer warranty. Mind you, I purchased their annual "gold membership" for which they are suppose to provide priority service- that was a total scam/ breach of the membership contract. When the technician left after troubleshooting the issue with the water heater, we did not hear from princeton Air for 2 weeks, I had to call them EVERYDAY. I was left with no hot water for 2.5 weeks once the technician left ( who apprently is their sole plumber) and ended replacing the entire water heater through another company after negligence from Princeton Air. I never received an apology or any compensation for the literal pain they put me through. Then they had the NERVE to send me a bill via mail. I spent nearly 3 grand on repairs/ visits through them with no resolution. Princeton Air is Horrid, and I will make sure this word about them gets out there so no one else goes through what I did.

Brett was on time and extremely thorough. He then took the time to explain what he had done and gave me routine maintenance tips that I could perform if needed. I also received a follow up email and text with photos and explanations of this service.

We hired Princeton Air to upgrade our mini split system. The entire crew was so knowledgeable on the systems. The scheduling was easy and quick.
We were extra happy with Jeff and his installation team. They covered every area they worked. They left our house cleaner than when they arrived.

I had really high hopes for Princeton Air. However, the communication was really bad. Not all the people that were needed on the install came, no one knew when the others were coming or IF they were coming. I left so many messages for the installation department. One part of the permit has failed inspection with the township and even though my bill is fully paid, I can’t get a callback. I’m also waiting on a part that is back ordered. Not necessarily their fault but I have a feeling I’m going to have to call them consistently to see if it is in. I have more projects to do on my home and it is unlikely I will have Princeton Air do the job. The unit works! I will give them that. Unfortunately, I can’t deal with this lack of communication.

Colin McCollough at my request visited my home to assess opportunities for converting imy home's HVAC to geothermal. He was ontime, extremely well informed and forthcoming on the practical implications. Princeton Air's offerings center on vertical hard rock drilling to access the earth's natural heat, while my interest is on horizontal trenching across my large expanse of land. I have neighbors on smaller or on more tree covered lots who might be interested in a horizontal ttenching appriach although I have not discussed this extrapolation with anyone.) I was impressed with Mr. McCOllough's representation of Princeton Air although transitional issues forestall further development of our discussion.

It’s always a pleasure when we see our tech Justin for twice yearly to check on our hvac. He is through, processions and personable. All our interactions with Princeton Air are excellent.

Princeton Air was on time, the technician was very through cleaning system and changing filters. Unit was inspected and the A/C cleaned. Excellent service, been a happy customer for 30 years!

One evening a week after the state shut down due to COVID-19, our previously installed tankless water heater was leaking carbon monoxide. We called Princeton Air and they had a new one installed the next day. The scheduler/office manager was incredibly efficient and professional and the technician were timely, professional, knowledgeable, and adhered to safety protocols.

During the installation inspection, the inspector didn't pass the installation. Princeton Air reached out to the manufacturer to get additional information / specifications and worked with the inspector to ensure all requirements were met. This took some time but they kept in touch with us to ensure it didn't fall off of our radar.

Bonus: They are a paperless company.
