Francis and Brandon were excellent. Evaluated problem throughly. They explained what the problem was a made some recommendations. They helped to facilitate installation of a new heating system which was no surprise that I needed. I want to also mention when I called the office this morning The woman I spoke to was very responsive and got the technicians to out to my house to evaluate my problem.
We have the gold plan which includes two maintenace visits per year. The technician Brett looked at the whole system, checked and/or cleaned the filters, and was happy to answer all my questions.
Princeton Air is always responsive and professional. Been using them for years and always a great job. Today Karume did our maintenance and was very thorough.
They Came Friday night. The repair man was so nice and professional and articulate. He explained everything, fixed my heat and the price was so reasonable for an emergency. I was shocked. I'm switching to them for maintenance
Princeton Air tried to rip-off my elderly mother. Their estimate for a geothermal unit was more than double an estimate from Gallelli. Creeps - stay away and for sure, get at least 2 estimates
Despite having a Gold Plan service contract and their promise of 24/7 response (even on Christmas when it is five degrees outside - stated on the website) Princeton Air took 4 days to return my many phone calls to the answering service and texts to the message on the website. They offered only excuses for the lack of response. The repair took another 2 days and the company was largely unresponsive. When I did finally get someone on the phone they were unknowledgeable, rude and dismissive. The part I needed was priced at over a 300% markup. When I questioned the price I was told it was based on a national average. Since I live in NJ this should only have lowered the cost. I am not usually someone who gives online reviews but I cannot ignore this situation. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
The service team are 5 star but the install team is zero. They do not do their due diligence and either don’t care or are not skilled enough to do their job to the standards you would expect when paying such a massive premium.

The technician diagnosed the problem and made recommendations as to proceed with the repair. Explained in detail what needed to be done in order to get my heat pump working again. Very Professional.
