Princeton Air Conditioning

I had a great experience with the technician Brett Cocci’s from Princeton Air. My furnaces have 2 condensate pumps, one of which is always making lots of noise. Brett worked with me on 6/27/23 to get a reduced parts and labor price and relocated and replaced the pump. I highly recommend him — ask for Brett when you call Princeton Air. -Mike Bushnell

Our A/C failed. It seemed to be the condensing unit outside. Princetonair responded pretty quick. Came out, immediately diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. It was a capacitor. It couldn't have gone much better. Very pleased.

Our condo units AC wasn’t working and the cooling unit was on the roof and pseg wasn’t willing to go up! Princeton airs technician Francis was very helpful in diagnosing the issue. They gave an appointment within 3 hours and came on time with advance notice. Francis walked us through the issue in detail and gave us multiple options both short term and long with clear explanations. He was both thorough and patient and was able to fix the issue in a satisfactory manner. Thank you for the service.

One of the worries anyone with a new system would have is if it turns bad, how can it be cared of. Princeton Air answers that question. They responded quickly, sent technicians to look at the issue, and found the proper solution for you. The coordinator at the office is very nice; she would answer my email, and call me back about it even it was on weekends. Such a call is important because it tells you that you are not left out! Wish they will continue the good service. Feng.

So professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work performed. To make it even more impressive, a good part of the repair was performed outside in the rain. Great job, great personnel, one very happy camper!

Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Princeton Air. The technicians are great, but communicating with the Office staff has become horrible. The last straw for me is their refusal to honor their own service agreement. I purchased a club membership that included a replacement filter. The technician who serviced my unit did not have a replacement filter and told me to contact the office. I reached out to them twice about this and they have ignored me. This is something I paid for, asked them twice about, and still haven't gotten. Princeton Air can no longer be trusted.

Alberto from Princeton Air did a free check on our new HVAC system. He arrived on time and was very professional. He checked everything, explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. We are happy with all of our interactions thus far with Princeton Air.

My HVAC system broke about 2 months after I moved into this house. I had another company repair it (at great cost) and it broke again 1 month later. Their quote for replacing everything was 30% higher than Princeton Air.

So I went with Princeton Air and they replaced everything and have come back for maintenance and it’s been great.

My air conditioner is on the roof of the condo building where I live. Princeton Air has to get a crane to place the unit. They were exceptionally professional, prompt and their pricing was excellent. Would highly recommend.
