Our recent experience with Brendan was excellent. He called when he was on his way to let me know when to expect him. His arrival was in the exact time frame that the was expected.
Brendan checked both units and notified us that everything was good. He was professional and personable.
We have never had a bad experience with techs.

Vince was helpful, courteous and efficient. Without prodding he provided valuable information the helped make my cooling system more efficient. Clearly he is someone I would want to work on my system again

We have Princeton Air come do maintenance on our two zoned systems. It is worth it to have them checked, cleaned, filters replaced, etc. I love how they text and email you information with a picture of the person coming to your home. They wear masks and have shoe covers in your home as well. Francis came on time, worked quickly and went over everything prior to leaving. He explained what he did, what he saw, and the age of the system. He also answered all questions we had. He did an excellent job!

I also like Princeton Air because I feel they never try and upsell you or pressure you to purchase a system. I highly recommend Princeton Air and recommend their yearly maintenance options as a way of protecting and maintaining your HVAC and furnace.

I had a dispute regarding what I would be charged based on a promotion I was sent. The technician was extremely professional and did the best he could to resolve the issue, and got someone named Jackie on the phone. Jackie proceeded to play a clip of me agreeing to a "promotional price" which I thought was no cost unless more work needed to be done.

The main issue is because the technician was late, I was pressed against an important meeting that if I were to be late without notice, would have implications against me and the responsibilities of my job. With just a minute I had left, I wanted the technician to leave so I could call Princeton Air after to discuss what I agreed to and should have been charged, but Jackie said that they were COD, so if he left they would immediately take action and send collections, which of course impacts my personal credit score and can cost me more money, even though what I wanted was to call an hour later so we can discuss it.

It may end up being that I misunderstood the promotion, and if that is the case I would have been happy to pay the full payment due, but to force me to pay upon threat of "action" without any time for me to decide and my back against a wall is so horribly unethical, and the kind of stuff AJ Perri and other slimy companies do to make money in a deceitful way.

I had my oil furnace replaced with a natural gas system yesterday. I could not have asked for a better crew. Jeff, Rob, and Sammy were absolutely outstanding. The entire process was extremely smooth.

Jim was friendly, extremely accommodating, and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. I was given a total of 12 options to choose from, the quotes were very professional and clear.

I received reminder messages for all my appointments, the name and photo of my technician before he arrived. Extremely professional organization.

I received three quotations from different companies and to be honest Princeton Air was not the cheapest option. However I made my decision based on the reliability of Trane products, reputation, and multitude of 5 star reviews of this company. I am happy to add one more.

These folks are the real deal. They are totally professional. They stick with the job until it is finished at high quality. Their price is reasonable. I highly recommend them.

He did a home inspection of a geothermal hvac system. Explained everything very well.

In a heatwave, Princeton Air was able to have a technician out for my AC the next day. Francis did great service on my chuggy AC and the system is running so much better now. We've been customers since 1999 and have upgraded all our systems with them. Service techs are always very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Even when installing our AC system with Unico ductwork, at the end of every day you'd never know we'd had work done in the house all day. They're not typically the lowest price, but they are great value for money and worth every penny.

I give this rating 5 stars because starting with the phone call I was immediately able to set up an appointment. Colin remained in contact to assure appointment time was good and if I wanted to reschedule if anything came up. Colin arrived right on time. He was very professions and knowledgeable. He was very thorough honest no sales gimmicks. He was prepared and offered a quote immediately without being pushy or obnoxious. I highly recommend Princeton Air.

Heat was not working properly and Justin came out and fixed the problem He was really professional, competent and friendly. Couldn’t ask for more! Thank you Justin and PAC Team!
