Tindall Ranson Plumbing Heating & AC

My water heater broke and I had Tindell Ranson come the next day. The estimated cost of repair was not a ripoff and was well in the range of what it should be. I had Ken, Colby, and Joe comeout and they worked hard and very fast! Ken was the lead on this and he explained so much it’s clear he is very knowledgeable in his trade (as he should be) and overall was very pleasant. My experience was so great that I am now considering using them for their yearly HVAC package. Thank you guys!

Not helpful. They wanted a $150 service fee to come out to estimate the job and would not agree to apply that to the job if they were hired. I had a large HVAC company that was very content in coming out and doing the estimate with no charge to me. Upon closing on the house they came out the next day and finished part of the work and will complete the remainder on Monday.

After our (very old) water heater started leaking, we called PSE&G and they referred us to Tindall and Ranson. Today is the day before Veteran's Day so we thought we would be stuck without hot water for potentially days. I called PSE&G around 10:30am and at 1pm Luciano arrived to give the detailed estimate and immediately started installing the new water heater.

Luciano was very professional and great to talk to. I'm a first time home owner and he explained both where some things were located and how some things worked that I was unfamiliar with. I have nothing but good things to say about both Luciano and about Tindall and Ranson as a whole. Scheduling was easy and I'm thankful they were able to come out the same day so we weren't without water through the holiday. The price was also very reasonable when compared to my online research beforehand.

I had gotten several quotes and I was glad I went with PSEG and their installers Tindall and Ranson. Anthony Romano was a very professional and knowledgeable plumber. He explained everything thoroughly, was neat and efficient and gave me recommendations on ways to make the furnace/water heater room have better air flow. He and the extra man were both a good team and got the 75 gal out quickly and neatly. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Anthony Romano was my technician. He was on time, he was professional, friendly, neat worker. He explained everything he was going to do, was very detailed and very informative. After the service was completed he explained to me so that I understood every detail of how the new system worked, and asked numerous times as he was explaining if I had any questions. I would definitely call Tindall and Ranson again and would highly recommend them!!! Very very good experience.

I was referred to Tindall Ranson via PSEG. Dan was our technician and he was stellar. Kept our home clean, had to work with some janky piping and installed the new hot water heater. Took time to explain how everything works. He worked solo and I don't know how he manages working with heavy tanks, but he was efficient, neat and professional. I would not hesitate to reach out again should I need more work done in the future.

Andrew was a very thorough and efficient worker with a pleasant disposition..work was done quickly and allowed us to spend our Saturday doing something else..highly recommend..

This was a new water heater installation through Tindall and Ranson. The installer, Anthony Romano, arrived at the earliest of the stated time window. He was clean, neat, courteous, and professional. Anthony takes care and pride in his workmanship and work area. He did not rush the work, but was carefull, clean, and intentional with how he did everything. Not a spill, drip, or fingerprint remained when he finished. Tindall Ranson should be happy to have this employee doing their work and representing the company to customers.

I needed my hot water heater replaced and Tindall and Ranson sent Andrew out to do the work. He was OUTSTANDING! He was on time, professional, courteous and followed COVID-19 protocols to the letter. He wore covers on his shoes and put down drop cloths on the floors. He explained the price up front and explained everything that needed to be done in detail.
