Andrew came to replace hot water heater. He’s a one man army! He explained what he was doing and took time to answer our questions. I was very comfortable with him, which is important when you’re making an investment in you home. True professional!

This company cannot be trusted. I highly recommend not using them. My 86 yr. old mother (who lost her husband less than a year ago) called up because she suspected the water line serving the ice machine in the refrigerator was leaking. After Kevin, the plumber? investigated the dishwasher, he looked at the refrigerator and came up with the same diagnosis. After trying to splice the plastic line (I kid you not), he cuts off the line and removes the copper line hooked up to the water and tells my mother you can't use copper anymore. To substantiate his added value, he tells my mother if you want ice you will need to place trays in the freezer. This may represent the breadth of their skills. Wait till you see what happens next...
My mother then asks Kevin to look at the single handle kitchen faucet which was leaking at the handle when the water is turned all of the way up. He takes off the handle claims he installed a plastic washer and then proceeds to put as much pressure as possible on the faucet to secure it after banging it several times over. Why use an allen key? How do you think this ends? My mother uses the faucet that evening and water is pouring all over the countertop.
After she complains to Tony the Salesman the next day, he says I can get you a faucet for $400. My mother says no thanks and goes to Home Depot and buys one for less than $40. This is the type of people that are on the front line of Tindall & Ranson serving the Customers.
Kevin, (the plumber??) comes the next day and reluctantly installs the faucet because it doesn't have a spray connection. Real customer service would have been helping out my mother and buying the correct faucet that sells for $99.
The cost for these services was slightly less than $500. My mother got nothing for her money; but, alot of aggravation and disappointment.
Tindall & Ranson are crooks. Please don't hire these guys.

Tindall Ranson are an outstanding company committed to providing outstanding service. I called them with an urgent problem in the morning. They worked around my needs and accommodated my service call the same day and resolved a major leakage problem threatening my hardwood floors. The service professionals, the staff and all office personnel are all very pleasant to work with and provide service to resolve your problem. I recommend them highly.

The Tindall Ranson team did an excellent job rerouting duct work and relocating the hot water heater. Awesome customer service and exceptional quality provided by Kevin, Tony, Ken, Andrew and Bill. Many thanks!

Service person Dan arrived on time, ready to go on a new hotwater tank replacement via PSE&G program. He was very thorough and professional including attending to some minor flue & chimney adjustments that were not required but which he offerred to do noentheless. Good representativ e of the business.

Used to be my go to plumber. Very disappointed when I asked for service on a very simple but important household facility (faucet in kitchen sink). They couldn't see me for two weeks and would not consider fitting me into a cancelled slot. Refused to do this. Would not bring an upgraded faucet, only what was on the truck. Showed little interest in my business. Goodbye.

New to the area and called Tindall Ranson when our heat went out based on their reputation. Their technician was great--arrived promptly, and took care of our problem in about five minutes (wind had blown out the pilot).

Received a bill a few days later. For the service call, $50, which seemed fair enough. However, added to this bill was a "diagnostic" for an additional $100. When I complained that no diagnostic was done, they threatened to send the bill to a collection agency.

Apparently their reputation for great service only applies to their field personnel.

I have been using Tindall Ranson Plumbing for 30+ years and they continue to do excellent work. I just had a spring maintenance service on my AC units and Dan was very thorough and informative too. I recommend them highly.

I usually do not write reviews but Mr. Dan did an outstanding job for my mother Paulette at her estate. Dan showed excellent mannerism and hospitality. He properly cleaned up after himself as well. Thank you for your above and beyond service, I'll make sure to recommend you guys to others.

Beware! Called 10/14 to schedule to have a clog in the drain for my washing machine. Woman on the phone said they didn't have anyone available until the following Monday 10/21. Claims it has been busy. She said the estimate is $92 in addition to fees incurred if I decide to have her plumber fix the problem. I came to read the google reviews because she definitely didn't leave me with a warm fuzzy feeling. Thank goodness I did. Beware of this business!!!
