The technician, Dan, was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, neat, and skillful. He made recommendations based on need and explained everything in detail. He was patient and friendly. What more could I ask for? Also, Sue from the company called me first thing in the AM as soon as they received the order for my repair. She was very helpful and nice. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Our water heater pilot light went out constantly. We had other companies try to fix it 4 different times to replace parts and the pilot light still kept going out. T&R came to the house one time, immediately knew that the problem was the vent pipe being bent and was able to fix it right away. It hasn't gone out since. I am so grateful for their knowledgable staff that was able to fix the problem! Their office staff is also super friendly and always answers the phone or responds right away!

We recently had our water heater replaced by Kevin Haggerty from Tindall Ransom. Kevin explained everything about the installation to us and completed the job very thoroughly and professionally. His work with pipe fittings, which are very important with a gas water heater, was excellent.

I was very skeptical on using their service based on the google reviews but was pleasantly surprised with the experience today. The technician, Kevin Haggerty was on time and very thorough with the job. I had to extend the gas line few inches and he did a great job from start to finish. What surprised me was, the job was to fix the gas line for the range in the kitchen. After the job was done he checked to make sure our furnace and water heater was working properly as he had to turn off the main gas valve outside the house to finish the job.

Our water heater broke and leaked everywhere. We had to shut the water off at the main valve and had no water at all. Brianna squeezed us in the same day I called even though they were booked up for the day. Dan arrived and worked tirelessly to explain everything to me, install the new water heater and show me what I need to check from time to time. Dan was courteous and professional. Everyone I dealt with made a stressful situation much easier to get through. I highly recommend them!!!

My wife and I closed on a new home in early February with the understanding that we would need to replace our water heater soon after move in. We originally going to go with a replacement water tank with the same gallon size until we decided to do some research on a tankless system. After doing research we decided to get some quotes through PSEG to take advantage of 0% interest free offer.

Colleen was able to come out the next day and give us a very reasonable estimate to upgrade to tankless including running gas, vent, electrical lines and mounting.

Once we decided to go with them, Colleen was able to schedule our installation which went like a breeze.

The installers did a phenomenal and clean job of running and hiding everything seemlessly in our partial finished basement including mounting!

Once installed, the covid nightmare began and we were in a waiting period with the township for inspections.

Megan with the permit department was fantastic with keeping us updated with the status of our permit and the township inspections schedule with covid

We finally were able to get everything in place and have the tank turned on and my wife and I could not be any happier
