We received a PSEG mailer for a new hot water heater. We wanted to be proactive as our water heater was installed 10 years ago. We called their office for a price quote. Brianna was very helpful and professional on the phone. She sent Jay, the technician. He was very informative, professional and timely. He put our mind at ease. The installation was perfect. I would highly recommend this outstanding company. A job well done and much appreciated.

We needed to replace our water heater quickly. Briana Voorhes was the PSEG coordinator and she made the process of installation quick, seamless and efficient. I cannot say enough about her warm, patient, friendly, and professional manner. If I were hiring, she would be my choice for general manager of any company.

Andrew Olewinsky, the plumber who installed the hot water heater, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, very experienced, efficient and installed the tank quickly. He made sure to leave a clean work area, as well.
I highly recommend them.

They were able to send Jason in on the same day as the appointment was made! The company that my home insurance recommended has terrible reviews and couldn't send someone over until after the coming weekend. There's a hefty price out-of-pocket, but it's mostly worth their professionalism and attention to detail. He even came in our house wearing a face mask and shoe covers.

Woke up this morning to a split seam on a hot water heater with water all over my basement. Needless to say not how I wanted to start my day! I called Tindall Ranson and was thrilled that they sent their technician Andrew out within two hours. Andrew showed up to our house with a new hot water heater and went to work. I can't believe how quickly it could be done. Andrew was professional and explained all of the work he was going to do and what it would cost. I appreciate the fact that he let us ask a ton of questions and didn't mind my wife and I watching some of his work so we could understand what was being done. It is never fun to spend money on these type of things but I feel about good about my purchase today thanks to Andrew! From call to completion it took only a few hours. Andrew and Anthony were on time and did a fantastic job of replacing my hvac system. They were very pleasant, explained what they were going to do and what I needed to know and left nothing for me to clean up. I am very pleased with the work from this company.

Crooks! Asked for an estimate on a basic plumbing job (remove tub, reroute drain, install new fixtures). First, they sent someone from construction/home improvement who took 2 weeks to come back with an estimate that was nearly $5.5k above the going rate. Tindall Ranson $7,100 vs. J&D Plumbing $1,650. No idea how they can be that far off the mark. I would suggest finding someone else for plumbing unless you have $ to burn. Outrageous and insulting.

Reliable and honest. We had 2 services calls and happened to be Andrew that served both. During first one he checked warranty and luckily the part was still under warranty. Once part came the furnace was fixed no problem. We also bought maintenance plan then. 2nd service call the heater problem turned out to be more or less a maintenance issue, so he changed the visit into a maintenance visit (as we haven't had our heating maintenance done yet). So I didn't have to pay for the trip/diagnostic. I'd recommend their service!

My water heater cracked and flooded my basement late Tuesday night. Tindall & Ranson sent Andrew out to replace it the next morning. He was prompt, friendly, very personable, and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He showed me a couple of things that needed to be upgraded so that it would pass inspection. They even took care of the permits. Andrew got the job done in less time than he said it might take and did a fantastic job. I was so grateful that I could once again use the water, especially since I had my infant grandson living with me and having water was essential. I would definitely recommend this company.

In the midst of this crazy quarantine, we needed to replace our water heater through our PSEG worry free program. Tindall Ranson was assigned the job. They were out the next morning, on time and highly efficient. They explained everything to us beforehand, were very professional and cautious and did a great job! Thanks!!

Steven installed a new hot water heater and I have to appreciate that before working, he explained everything he was going to do. He took the time to do a clean, neat job and was very professional, polite and worked in a timely fashion.
