Plumber Carl apppeared uninterested in solving my issue. Representative transferred me without telling me to a manager. Spoke to a manager who was condescending and frankly she could've care less to listen to my concern. I used them because I was going to have them install my boiler. $100 bucks wasted is better thank $13k on a company that doesn't care.

I had Princeton Air come out to conduct an energy audit on my home. The very knowledgeable very professional gentleman that came out was terrific! His wealth of knowledge, suggestions and honesty were refreshing. The information he provided was comprehensive and understandable for the average homeowner. I was very happy with the service provided.

Have a 5 year old York furnace (not installed by Princeton Air) that needs to have heat exchanger (may be the 2nd heat exchanger) replaced. Hired Princeton Air to do the job and signed up for their maintenance plan upon their first visit, based on the overall good reviews and the fact they are a local business. Never heard back from them, no one even called me to give me an actual quote. I had to call back to get a quote almost a week after via email. Accepted the quote and no one called me regarding part ordering status and to schedule the work. Every time I call, I was told somebody will call back to let me know the status. Never happened. The work I hired Princeton Air to do is not cheap and it is actually pretty dangerous to have the furnace running with that part waiting to be replaced. I am quite disappointed so far, even though there are plenty of good reviews. I gave them 2-star because the tech came out to do the initial work was very good and helpful. But they have no follow ups. I am hoping their actual work is good.

They aren't returning my phone calls to finish the install. It was scheduled and no one showed up. They keep referring me to the install manager who is useless.

Update:

They finally installed the system and I cannot tell you the amount of times they had to come out here to fix things.

Had service one year later and not only did they not check one filter because I have 3 zones, 2 of which they installed. BUT THEY DIDN'T EVEN DO THE WORK ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACT. it's been nothing but issues every since and I regret having them work on your home.

Update 2:

One of my units in the basement is making noise. Mind you the system isnt even 2 years old yet. Princeton Air is charging me 75, even though I have a service agreement apparently regular price is 105. I swear to go this company is a bunch of scammers. Paid like 40k to update the system and I have had nothing but problems. There has to be better companies out there.

Princeton Air provides excellent service for the price. Justin, one of the technicians, is excellent. Very professional during his visit. Explained issues clearly and how to take care of them. Efficient when making repairs.

Justin was my service person and he was on time and professional. He communicated exactly what was wrong with the HVAC and presented me with a few options. He even took pictures of everything and sent them to me along with an explanation of what was fixed with my digital receipt. He left everything very clean and working properly. I would definitely use Princeton Air again and ask for Justin.
