Called for an estimate and Michael stopped by to discuss my options for a new boiler and had all the information needed to make a decision. I plan to move forward but I am interested in rebates offered by NJNG and have to complete some forms first to be approved.

I really appreciate that the owner took the time to fully understand my concerns on pumping/drainage issue and collaborate with me to come up with a functional, long-term solution. I am not usually the type of person that writes reviews, but after the negative ones I read tonight , I had to. Michael Mastropiero was a Godsend to me. Last January all my pipes burst in my crawlspace
and my furnace went. It was January 1st, New Years Day. I was freezing and I had no water too. I called his office, and within an hour he was at my house. He went under my house, into my crawlspace and told me all the water I was hearing were my pipes that had burst. I had no heat and no water. This man put his team together and came to my home on the day of the blizzard. They all worked in a horrible cold misreable wet space all day long. They came here at 7:30 in the moring and worked until 9:00 that night. He did not leave here until I had heat and water restored. He even talked with and met my insurance adjuster in person, at my house, and took care of everything with them I had a claim processed in no time at all because of him. This man truly cares about the people he services. You should consider yourselves very lucky if you ever have the opportunity to have Michael Mastropiero and his wonderful team service your home. He is my plumber for life. This is a true story.

Install a new Weil McLain CGa-4 gas boiler, my old unit only 13/years but 2 leak places. Previous workmanship not good. Install a new unit rather than repair. Installation on time, finish job clean, explain the operation clearly. Great job 👍 so far. Can check boiler performance and workmanship during winter like Dec 2021.

After being taken for a ride by another company claiming to be an expert in HVAC I research Mastropiero Plumbing & Heating. Mastropiero Plumbing & Heating is a very professional company with very experience technicians. They installed a new system in one day!! I would recommend this company to do all of my plumbing and heating services.

Made appointment with this guy to come over and look at a tub enclosure I need replaced with a low threshold shower stall with grab bars. Made the appointment 4 days early. The day of the appointment he has his receptionist call for him to let me know that he doesn't install the grab bars. What does he think, he would do most of the job and then I would call someone else to do the bars? What a jerk. He didn't know before agreeing to an appointment?

The other people that gave him the bad reviews were telling the truth I guess.

Earlier this year Mastopiero put in a gas line to convert my fireplace and also did repairs to my humidifier. I will say the wokers are very efficient and good at what they do. Last week the firplace went out and the humidifier was not working. I called to for an appointment and was treated very nasty, abrasive.
I decided not to schedule an appointment based on their attitude.
