They installed a dishwasher for me. They were the folks assigned by Lowe's and they were on time, actually a little early, pleasant, efficient, neat, and explained everything. I would gladly hire them again .

Chris from Mastropiero came to put dishwasher in today, he was courteous, timely, knowledgeable and very very nice. The dishwasher looks and works great! Highly recommend them!

Called 1.2.19 for HVAC repair, spoke with Denise, she set us up with an appointment for free estimate, I specifically ask if it was free and she said yes, after the tech looked at out unit, he said it is $185.00 for the service call, I told him( tech Steven) Denise said it was a free estimate , he said “ she does this a lot” I will call mike and waive it for you. They gave us an estimate of 1050.00, we felt we needed to proceed and asked if they could do better for cash and we were told they could do no tax and it would be $985.00, I gave a $200.00 deposit check to order the part because I was told by Steve I had to give a deposit to order the part( inducer Fan) they would order the part in the morning. He left about 6:30

AT 9:00 am I get a text and an email that he is on his way to my house, I called the office and told Denise , no one is home we were not aware he was coming we are at work( no one lives in the house yet!) I asked if they could come after 5 and was told no they can come next week, I told her we can’t wait until next week, that we would find some else to fix our unit, and I would be there to pick up my deposit check, NOT to cash it! She said ok.

AT 11:32 am She told me they cashed my check already and that the only way they would not charge me the estimate was if it was for a new unit, I said that is not what you told me yesterday and your web site says free estimates!! I told her I would be stopping payment on my check, her response is they take this very seriously and they will prosecute!!!!! I told her go ahead with what you need to do, PROSECUTE me for stopping payment on a Check you were told not to cash!

Giuseppe Caruso did the work for us...he was friendly...professional...and very knowledgeable...especially because the homes in our area are infamous for their creative plumbing!!! We highly recommend this company.

He replaced a shower cartridge. His work was excellent. He was very friendly and considerate. We are extremely happy with the experience.

Work was completed in the timeframe promised, company is very responsive via phone and text. The area where the work was done was left clean and spotless when the job was completed.

This company installed our dishwasher. Very professional and thorough service. He even cleaned up with his handheld vacuum before leaving!

ZERO STARS Stay as far away from this guy as possible. Mike Mastropiero promised that the heating unit he installed would be elegible for a rebate even though he knew it would not be. He said he would call his contact at the gas compnay and get it approved for the rebate. Only problem the installation was already in progress and almost complete and there was no heat or hot water. After he was told there was no rebate for this unit, said he would give me cash back. Never happened. End result,;inferior unit, not up to the job of adequately heating my house, noisy and poorly installed. Called for service and got no reply, just a terrible guy to do business with. Basically, a swindler.

Kenny came to install a new dishwasher and did a great job. He was very neat and efficient. I would definitely use them again
