If I could give more than 5 🌟 stars, I would. I've worked with Tammy and Kate with extensive issues with my hot water heater, and now my shower faucet. Mastropiero's staff goes above and beyond to help their customers. I am from a family owned business and I am proud to call on them. Don't hesitate to call them. They with follow through and follow up on whatever your need may be.

Michael and his staff are a friendly, knowledgeable and family owned business. Their work shows in their care in their marksmanship. It’s extremely apparent they know their trade inside and out. From my first phone call to Tammi, to the work of technician Sebastian to the diagnosis of my problem from michael was apparent this was not a business but a passion. Michael can articulate the problem so anyone can understand. I would refer this company to everyone that had a plumbing issue.

Chris Johnston is very professional and friendly. He did an excellent job replacing my faucet and replacing the whole pipe under my sink. The service fee is good and it was reasonable. I hired Mastropierro 2 years ago for installation of my new air conditioner and was very happy with the service. I called again this time for an issue with my furnace. Steven was very knowledgeable and professional. He was thorough and explained everything he was checking for. He made several recommendations for the issue with my furnace. I would hire Mastropierro again.

We are so impressed with Steve and this business ! The professionalism,courtesy and timeliness! Usually your window is anywhere from 9-5. You are confirmed,and made aware of the servicepersons location. Our serviceman was Steve,who was on time,courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. A great experience ,and I will definitely refer friends and family for future needs!!!

Steven quickly diagnosed our furnace issue as having air backup into the furnace due to a poorly-installed intake/exhaust valve, which someone else did. He waited for another worker to bring pipe after having to purchase it at a hardware store. He's been to our house in the past and is one of the most knowledgeable HVAC individuals we've ever encountered. We highly recommend him.
