Jamie Rivera has come twice to our house and both time he was awesome. Love how this company is so responsive. 5 stars for sure, they havent disappointed me yet.

Annual checkup of 2 zone AC system. Steven explained what the 12 year old system was up to and made adjustments so it would continue to run efficiently. He was professional and courteous, as always.

From scheduling my service to completion excellence in customer service was obvious. I was scheduled for same day service. They have an information system that tracks your assigned plumber informs the customer of his tracking status,texts a picture and he arrived as scheduled. They have measures in place to protect their technicians, fellow workers and customers from covid 19. In addition to disinfecting ,masks and social distancing they assign one tech per truck, and do weekly covid testing. Mastropiero Plumbing is family owned and I encourage others to use this company. Service can not get any better!!!!!

As a new first time homeowner I was frantic this morning when I woke up to no running water, I called and within a few hours Mike came to my house, got right in my crawl space, thawed my pipes and installed heat tape.. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs

My furnace seemed to be getting stuck changing fan speeds and I was informed by another service provider that it would be an expensive repair. I called Mastropiero Plumbing and Heating to give me an estimate. Anthony was honest and professional and after running tests recommended that no repair was needed at this time. Jaime was great with our dishwasher removal and install. Very quick and professional. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Contracted this plumber through Lowes to do a hot water heater install. They wanted pics of the current hot water heater under the house in the crawl space before they would decide to do the job or not. My tenant would not go under the house to take the pic, so they cancelled the job. Not a very customer oriented company. I will not recommend them to anyone.

My heat was intermittent and they were able to come the next day. Friendly, prompt and knowledgable, he gave me some great advice and will definitely use again. Thank you for all your help.
