March 2023 Review: Rating 5 - Nothing has changed with this compny. My husband was very satisfied. He stayed home to wait for them. Arrived on time. Assessed the issue. Gave us a quote, return promptly with product. Installed and cleaned up. Toilet is flushing fine now. Hubby was able to go into work by 11 am. We are very happy. Will call/recommend every day, all day. Thank you!

Old review: Friendly but professional staff. Maintained phone contact throughout the day. Arrive by designated time. Clean and well organized. Let us know what they were doing. Even let us take pics as they were taking our "old baby" away. :) Extremely satisfied. Love the hot water we get every day since then. Highly recommend!!!!!

Orlando was a consummate professional. He advised me of my options and I made the decisions. His attention to detail was really appreciated. He worked on my bathroom as if it were his own. Such am exceptional human being!

Highly recommended… install my natural gas grill on patio and connected sink and faucet on patio. They will be my plumber going forward. Major kudos to the whole experience with them!!!

Our hot water system stopped working on our Navien unit. We called Mastropiero Plumbing and got an immediate response. Steven & Stephen responded, checked our unit out thoroughly and after talking with Navien, ordered the parts needed. They came back out the next business day and finished the job. These guys were extremely professional and thorough. I highly recommend Mastropiero for any and all plumbing needs. Thank you for a job well done.

Mastropiero did all the plumbing work for our master bath remodel. Their expertise was invaluable in addressing several unanticipated issues that we uncovered as the project progressed. They show up on time, do a great job, and are courteous, helpful and friendly. We also had them change out another toilet in the house and replace the main shut off valve. I'm very happy and satisfied with their service.

I called this company out to look at my tankless water heater, this was in December it was 7 degrees outside and there was a leak from the tank. The repair man came out said he couldn't tell where the leak was coming from, and he will have to write-up a proposal of how much the job would cost. After he left, we hand no heat, but we had hot water. we spent Christmas eve with no heat, and I have an elderly parent in the house. I called in an emergency repair man from another company because I couldn't reach anyone from Mastropiero, when the other company got to my house, we found out Mastropiero company had turn off the heat. Al this other company did was turn back on the heat and change a washer that was worn and caused the leak. Two days later Mastropiero sent me the proposal to fix the problem for over $2,000, the company that fixed the issue charged me $250. I called Mastropiero to complain the owner told me to calm down, I told him I have an elderly parent in the house who is not mobile, and we did nothing for Christmas we were so cold we couldn't cook, and I couldn't find any special needs transportation to move my mother out of the house. I told him I was sick because am asthmatic. This owner of the company never apologize he didn't care. They charged me $264.00 to come to my house and shut down my heat on a day when it was 7 degrees outside. I have to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. The owner refuses a refund. We had a horrible experience for the Christmas holidays. This company never call me back even after the owner told me he will speak with the repair guy and call me back. We were all sick for over 2 weeks with a terrible cold, this company do not care they only care about money not what happen to their customers. The owner was so rude on the phone. I was at CVS picking up medicine when he first called me and he heard how sick I was, I had to put him on hold twice because I was coughing so much. It took my 82-year-old immobile mother over 3 weeks to recover.
Mastropiero Plumbing I will never forget what your company did to my family Christmas of 2022. I would rate you a zero if I could. I will never use you again or recommend. I hope someone sues your company you should not be in business ever.

I had a broken sewer pipe that was causing water to come back into my basement. I was referred to Mike and I couldn't have been happier with the work they did. Mike's quote not only was the best, but he and his team didn't have to cut into my deck when all the other quotes said they would have to cut multiple boards. The team was professional, answered all my questions, and helped put back my washer and dryer after the job was complete. I would HIGHLY recommend Mike and his team.

I bought a dishwasher at Lowe’s. Mastropiero’s installed it. They did a sloppy job. The rubber is sticking out and it’s lopsided. It should be set in more.
I called the company direct. I Spoke with Kate, she never called me back. I called again three days later. Asked why she never called back. She had no good reason. She told the tech said it was fine without a second look. It’s not. You don’t need to be an installer to see it’s sloppy.
Kate told me Janice (manager) would call me back. Almost two days later she didn’t.
I called again. Kate told me that they are not going to do anything to correct the problem.
Terrible customer service / sloppy install.

Great service, everything was as explained, no surprises. Worked to keep prices down. Will definitely use Mastropiero Plumbing for future projects. Special thanks to our plumber Steven George.
